To call on all NGO's and other organizations and projects involved in

social responsibility activities for a workshop to enhance synergies

and cooperation between them.

To ask assistance from ISO/DEVCO to organize a workshop in Syria

on SR . Promoting the EFQM excellence model in Syrian Enterprises and

establishing Quality Awards based on this model and use it as a tool

for SR evaluation

Not enough interest from SME's

To overcome this problem ,a new policy and strategy will be

implemented in the next 11 th five year plan beginning of 2011

Resistance to change

To manage this risk, an awareness national campaign should be

conducted by the National Quality Council in cooperation with

stakeholders

Resistance to a major change introducing completely different and

even contradictory concepts to the existing/ familiar situation.

To manage this risk ,it needs to increase knowledge and raise

awareness through discussions ,training ,workshops ..etc
