El sistema de contraprestación se basa en un pago capitativo. La ad-ministración paga a la empresa con-cesionaria una cantidad anual fija y preestablecida por cada uno de los habitantes adscritos.

En la cumbre mundial World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH) del año 2013, se presentó el modelo de gestión de Ribera Salud como caso de éxito en el área de estudio ‘Accountable Care. Focusing ac-countability on the outcomes that matter’.

The Ribera Salud model was chosen as a "case study" at Harvard Business School in Boston (Mas-sachusetts) in October 2015.

Berkeley University has developed a study led by Professor Richard Scheffler, and the report was pre-sented in Madrid in June 2015 during the conference 'Healthcare systems integration in Spain and around the world: new scientific evidence'.

In 2012, Ribera Salud designed and implemented complex care plans aimed at people over 75 with more than two chronic diseases and complex treat-ments. This program was later studied and a report was published by the Brookings Center for Health Policy.

At the 2013 World Innovation Summit for Health (WISH), Ribera Salud's management model was presented as a success story in the Accountable Care Forum: "Focusing accountability on the out-comes that matter".

In 2011 the NHS European Office published a report "The Alzira Model from the Region of Va lencia" on the concession model in the Valencian Community.

Nuestro Modelo Ribera Salud fue presentado en la Universidad de Harvard en Boston (Massachusetts) como “case study” en octubre de 2015.

La web www.paritoriosonline.com y el programa “Deporte y Embarazo” de los departamentos de To-rrevieja y Vinalopó están reconocidos en el Manual de Buenas Prácticas del Ministerio de Sanidad.

Certificate according to the UNE regulation in ISO 9001:2008 to Ribera Salud Group, B2B Salud, several services and health centers of La Ribera, Torrevieja, Vinalopó and Dénia. Additionally, La Ribera holds the Energy Management Certificate according to UNE-EN 1600 regulation, OHSAS 18001 which certificate its risk prevention manage-ment, ISO 50001 Certificate and ISO 14001 Certifi-cate on environmental issues.

The Central Laboratory BR Salud holds the ENAC Certificate which accredits technical competence ac-cording to the criteria set out in UNE ISO 15189:2013 regulation and BUREAU VERITAS certificate for its quality management system according to UNE reg-ulation in ISO 9001.

The Hospital of Torrevieja and Vinalopó, are accredited in the second phase of the certification process of the IHAN which in spanish stands for (Hu-manization of the Assistance to birth and lactation).
