RELATORIA

El da viernes 25 de octubre del ao en curso del ciclo escolar 2013-2014 de acuerdo

al calendario vigente para escuelas pblicas en Mxico, se dio inicio a las 8:00 hrs. a

la segunda sesin ordinaria del Consejo Tcnico Escolar, presidida por la Directora

del Plantel Educativo C. Profra. Teresita Salgado Mastache, acudi de la supervisin,

la Profesora Ana Lilia Dmaso Martnez en ausencia de la de la Jefa de enseanza

la Profra. Aurora Rodrguez Guadarrama.

Se dio apertura a la reunin con la dinmica Haba una vez que consiste en

inventar la historia y los personajes de un cuento con la participacin activa y

ordenada de los asistentes presentes a dicha actividad.

ACTIVIDADES

ORGANIZACIN DEL TRABAJO

Se dieron a conocer los propsitos a seguir, los materiales a utilizar y los productos a

elaborar por parte del personal en la participacin del CTE.

Propsitos: revisar y fortalecer nuestra ruta de mejora dentro de la institucin y

al final conversar sobre la toma de acuerdos en la puesta en marcha de

actividades para empezar el da, para favorecer el desarrollo de competencias

de lectura, escritura y matemticas en la escuela, como parte de las

actividades diarias.

Productos: balance de los logros obtenidos e indicadores en la ruta de

mejora, propuestas para iniciar el da en clases y cuaderno de bitcora.

Materiales: Ruta de mejora, lineamientos, listas de asistencia, participacin y

evaluacin de los alumnos.

La ruta de mejora fue enviada por los directivos de la escuela a los compaeros con

das de anticipacin para tenerla presente en el CTE.

MOMENTO 1. Revisar los

compromisos, los avances, los

pendientes en el desarrollo de

la Ruta de Mejora y el logro de

la normalidad mnima.

Por contar con un gran nmero

de personal, los directivos de la

escuela tomaron la determinacin

que se hiciera el llenado previo

de la tabla segunda sesin CTE

para poder capturar los datos de

todo el personal docente y con ello agilizar el trabajo en dicha reunin.

Se consideraron algunas participaciones voluntarias de compaeros para revisar

entre el colectivo los avances que se aprecian en la institucin, llegando a la

conclusin que se muestra en el siguiente cuadro.

QUE FAVORECEN

DIFICULTADES ADELANTOS CONCLUSIN GENERAL

Puntualidad, asistencia y uniforme por parte de los alumnos.

Puntualidad y asistencias por parte del personal docente.

Ambiente laboral y organizacin.

En algunos casos falta de compromiso por parte del alumnado y ausencia de apoyo por algunos padres de familia.

El tiempo establecido en el mdulo no es suficiente en algunas ocasiones para terminar el trabajo planeado y as poder salir o entrar puntuales a las clases.

Cambiar los pizarrones que no permiten la buena visibilidad a los alumnos y escritura por parte del docente.

Irregularidad en la entrega de trabajos por parte del docente en su ausencia (permisos econmicos)

Tomar acuerdos con el mismo grupo para cumplir con el trabajo en clase.

Se entrega antes de iniciar el trabajo la rbrica para que as el alumno sepa lo que se requiere presentar.

Que la participacin de los alumnos tenga un importante porcentaje en la evaluacin final para que se disponga a trabajar en clase.

Fomentar el dilogo entre el personal docente.

Reelaboracin de planes de acuerdo a las caractersticas de grupo.

Asistencia y puntualidad por parte del personal y asignacin de trabajo obligatorio en caso de permiso econmico.

Trabajar en colectivo bajo un mismo fin nos traer beneficios a todos.

MOMENTO 2. Crear y revisar indicadores de logro en la Ruta de Mejora.

Los reportes de evaluacin.

Debido a la cantidad de alumnos en la institucin se seleccionaron grupos

representativos de cada grado en ambos turnos y as poder elaborar los

concentrados de asistencia, participacin, niveles de desempeo alcanzados y

comprensin lectora.

Paso 1: Integracin de equipos de trabajo.

Se conformaron los equipos tomando en cuenta la mayor carga de horas de los

docentes, estos a su vez seleccionaron un grupo que atendieran la mayora de los

integrantes y se dio inicio al anlisis de resultados consultando la ruta de mejora,

los materiales proporcionados que se utilizaron fueron: listas de asistencia y

evaluacin, lineamientos, cuaderno de trabajo y formatos.

Paso 2: Llenado de la tabla.

Se inici con el vaciado de las cifras proporcionadas, en un formato que abarcaba

los cuatro rubros prioritarios para la exploracin de los avances: asistencia,

participacin en clase, niveles de desempeo alcanzados y evaluacin de

comprensin lectora, como el que a continuacin observamos.

avances en los grupos.

Paso 4: Exposicin de los resultados.

En la exposicin de los

grficos se analizaron y

sacaron conclusiones de

los logros obtenidos y los

que faltan por resolver.

Con base a la informacin

de las grficas presentadas por parte de los compaeros docentes y de la

direccin de la escuela, en cuanto a los logros y desafos, es la congruencia que

se encuentra entre los niveles de participacin en el grupo y las calificaciones

obtenidas en este primer momento de evaluaciones, se menciona que se avanza

en cuanto a los logros que se quieren alcanzar de manera paulatina y se

considera que la escuela tiene un nivel de desempeo satisfactorio.

Los acuerdos que se tomaron al trmino del segundo momento para incluirlos en

la ruta de mejora fueron los siguientes:

Los profesores deben responsabilizarse de conservar limpia el aula del

grupo en el que se encuentren trabajando, desde el inicio y hasta el final de

su clase.

Los intendentes deben barrer y trapear los salones.

Los alumnos de la guardia debern supervisar que no tiren basura durante

el receso, as como el profesor encargado de la misma debe vigilar.

Colocar contenedores de basura en lugares estratgicos.

NOTA: Ver los grficos obtenidos en los anexos.

MOMENTO 3. Revisar y fortalecer las actividades destinadas a mejorar las

competencias de lectura, escritura y matemticas. Actividades para empezar

bien el da.

COMPETENCIAS DE LECTURA Y ESCRITURA.

En la institucin se acord, en la sesin del CTE anterior, dedicar media hora de

lectura durante los das: martes y jueves con un horario de 7:00 a 7:35 turno

matutino y de 18:20 a 18:55 turno vespertino. Los viernes con los mismos horarios

se llevar a cabo la elaboracin de textos y as fortalecer las competencias

lectoras durante este tiempo, las estrategias estn a cargo de cada maestro, y la

subdireccin proporcionar un formato para llevar el concentrado de la evaluacin

de la comprensin lectora.

HABILIDADES MATEMTICAS.

Los mircoles de cada semana se destina media hora, en el turno matutino de

7:00 a 7:35 y en el vespertino de 18:20 a las 18:55 para ejercicios y destrezas

matemticas, a cargo de la academia de dicha especialidad, con apoyo de los

docentes frente a grupo y la supervisin de las subdirectoras. Estos trabajos son

evaluados por los docentes responsables de cada grado.
