Is a nonprofit organizationthat promotes the globalprogram, "One Laptop perChild" (OLPC - One Laptop PerChild), in Paraguay.

This program aims to improve

the quality of education indeveloping countries, makingavailable to teachers andchildren from disadvantagedcountries with knowledge-arteducational technologies.

For this, the OLPC Foundationhas designed low-costlaptops, which are distributedto underprivileged children inall countries where theprogram is implemented.

Currently in the Executive there is 252institutions. When the SIGTAP projectbegan, it would include the 10

Ministries and 17 decentralized entitiesto be sistematized in a year, with anaverage of 10 procedures each.
