Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 13:44-52.

J esus said to his disciples: “The Kingdom of heaven is like a treasure buried in a field, which a person finds and hides again, and out of joy goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant searching for fine pearls. When he finds a pearl of great price, he goes and sells all that he has and buys it". Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net thrown into the sea, which collects fish of every kind. When it is full they haul it ashore and sit down to put what is good into buckets. What is bad they throw away. Thus it will be at the end of the age. The angels will go out and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth. Do you understand all these things? They answered, "Yes." And he replied, "Then every scribe who has been instructed in the kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household who brings from his storeroom both the new and the old."

J esús dijo a la multitud: "El Reino de los Cielos se parece a un tesoro escondido en un campo; un hombre lo encuentra, lo vuelve a escond-er, y lleno de alegría, vende todo lo que posee y compra el campo. El Reino de los Cielos se parece también a un negociante que se dedicaba a buscar perlas finas; y al encontrar una de gran valor, fue a vender todo lo que tenía y la compró." El Reino de los Cielos se parece también a una red que se echa al mar y recoge toda clase de peces. Cuando está llena, los pescadores la sacan a la orilla y, sentándose, recogen lo bueno en canastas y tiran lo que no sirve. Así sucederá al fin del mundo: vendrán los ángeles y sepa-rarán a los malos de entre los justos, para arrojarlos en el horno ardiente. Allí habrá llanto y re-chinar de dientes. ¿Comprendieron todo esto?". "Sí", le respondieron. Entonces agregó: "Todo escriba convertido en discípulo del Reino de los Cielos se parece a un dueño de casa que saca de sus reservas lo nuevo y lo viejo".

ADORACIÓN DEL SANTÍSIMO SACRAMENTO Viernes: Todo el día de Adoración

“Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

Are you tired because of the burden of your duties, because of frustration due to unsuccessful projects, because many misunderstand you? Are you heavy laden with guilt from past sins? Are you trying to find hope and meaning in life? Do not lose heart! Abandon yourself to Jesus in this "Sacrament of Love": He will re-fresh you!

The more time you spend with Jesus, the more you will come away feeling re-newed and healed. Miracles of conversion, peace, discovery of vocations, an-swers to prayers, physical healings, and many other wonderful things happen where and when the Lord Jesus is adored in the Blessed Sacrament. They are the "gifts" that point to the Almighty Giver and testify to His Real Presence in the Blessed Sacrament...

Let us love being with the Lord! There we can speak with Him about everything. We can offer Him our petitions, our concerns, our troubles, our joys, our grati-tude, our disappointments, our needs and our aspirations. Above all we can re-member to pray: 'Lord send laborers into Your harvest! Help me to be a good worker in Your vineyard!'

When asked, "What would save the world?"... Mother Teresa replied: "My answer is prayer. What we need is for every parish to come before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in holy hours of prayer."

"Venid a mí todos los que estáis trabajados y cargados, y yo os haré descansar."

¿Está cansado debido a la carga de sus deberes, a causa de frustración debido a proyectos malogrados, por no ser comprendido? ¿Sientes la carga de la culpa de los pecados de tu vida pasada? ¿Está tratando de encontrar la esperanza y el sentido de la vida? ¡No te desanimes! Abandónate a Jesús en este "Sacramento del Amor": ¡Él te revivirá!

Cuanto más tiempo pases con Jesús, mayor será la renovación y sanación de tu alma. Milagros de la con-versión, paz, el descubrimiento de la vocación, respuestas a las oraciones, salud física, y muchas otras cosas maravillosas suceden donde y cuando el Señor Jesús es adorado en el Santísimo Sacramento. Ellos son los "dones" que muestran al Dador Todopoderoso y dan testimonio de su presencia real en el Santísimo Sacra-mento...

¡Amemos estar con el Señor! Podemos hablar con él acerca de todo. Nosotros podemos ofrecerle a él, nuestras peticiones, nuestras preocupaciones, nuestros problemas, nuestras alegrías, nuestra gratitud, nues-tras decepciones, nuestras necesidades y nuestras aspiraciones. Por encima de todo debemos rezar: "¡Señor envía obreros a tu mies! ¡Ayúdame a ser un buen trabajador en tu viña!"

Cuando se le preguntó a la Madre Teresa, "¿Cómo salvar al mundo?" ella respondió: "Mi respuesta es: por la oración. Lo que necesitamos es que en cada parroquia haya “horas santas”, que haya quien rece ante Jesús en el Santísimo Sacramento".
