Nations House, Wigmore Street Strip out of a 25,000sqft office on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors was comprehensively stripped out for Selfridges Plc as they had recently purchased the building and will be relocating their head offices to these premises. Works comprised; •  Remove and dispose of the ceiling and grid •  Remove all tenant installed access systems and

associated cables •  Strip out all tenant installed fixtures and fittings,

including kitchenettes, reception desks, partitions, carpets, reception desks to provide and open floor layout.

•  Take back all installed power, water and waste supplies to landlords supply.

•  Following removal of the staircase linking the three floors, we were required to reinstate the slab
