MEMORIA TCNICA

DESCRIPCION DEL PROYECTO UBICACIN DE PROYECTO: Calle Tulcn y Machala. Ciudad Santo Domingo de los Tschilas. DISEO : Ing. Juan Eduardo Villacis EDIFICACION DE LA AGENCIA SANTO DOMINGO.COAC SAN FRANCISCO. ESTRUCTURA: Estructura de Hormign Armado, paredes de ladrillo enlucido de mortero de cemento, pisos de cermica y flotante, puertas de madera y ventana de aluminio y vidrio. Cdigo a utilizarse es ACI-318-08 Y NEC 2011.INTRODUCCIONPREDIMENSIONAMIENTO Y CUANTIFICACIN DE CARGASLa Estructura debe disearse para que tenga resistencia y rigidez adecuada ante las cargas mnimas de diseo, es decir debe disearse para resistir todas las cargas aplicables tales como cargas vivas, cargas muertas, efectos ssmicos y de viento.Se debe prestar especial atencin a los efectos de las fuerzas debidas al pre esfuerzo, cargas de gra, vibracin, impacto, contraccin, relajamiento, expansin del concreto de contraccin, cambios de temperatura, fluencia y asentamientos desiguales de los apoyos.PREDISEO DE ELEMENTOS Iniciamos definiendo el sistema de piso que utilizaremos en las edificaciones, para todas las edificaciones se utilizan sistemas de losa en dos direcciones apoyadas sobre vigas. Luego definimos los prticos tanto en el sentido x como en el sentido y para realizar el prediseo de los elementos que conforman la estructura es decir vigas y columnas.

PREDISEO DE LOSASDefinimos el tablero que servir para disear la losa, considerando las condiciones o solicitaciones ms desfavorables.Para el prediseo de la altura de losa utilizaremos la siguiente ecuacin para el promedio de la relacin rigidez a la flexin de la seccin de una viga a la rigidez a la flexin de un ancho de losa.

Asumido un peralte de 25cm porque es un espesor que permite realizar instalaciones en el interior del piso.

CARGA MUERTA DE LOSALa carga muerta de losa se calcula para cada metro cuadrado, esta cuantificacin contiene el peso de los materiales para construirla.

CARGA VIVASon aquellas cargas producidas por el uso y ocupacin de la edificacin, las cargas vivas que se utilicen en el diseo de la estructura deben ser las mximas cargas que se espera ocurran en la edificacin debido al uso que esta va a tener; para el diseo y prediseo de esta edificacin se tom una carga viva de 480kg/m2 por ser un banco. NEC2011

CARGAS DE SISMOPara el diseo por sismo se utiliza lo establecido en la normativa del NEC 2011 el mismo que indica requisitos mnimos de clculo y diseo sismo resistente, para el corte basal de diseo y el clculo de las fuerzas horizontales se procede a utilizar el coeficiente ssmico.Para realizar los clculos de coeficiente ssmico se debe tomar muy en cuenta el estudio de suelos.

CARGAS ACTUANTES SOBRE LAS VIGASLas cargas que reciben las vigas es el rea tributaria que el programa ETABS mismo nos reparte adecuadamente a una y cada una de las vigas. Se indica adems la carga equivalente para cada una de ellas.
