Frihandball

Materials/equipment: Frisbee,cones Space: Handball pitch or any

Number of participants: 12-16 Duration: 15-30 minutes

Task description:The group will be divided in two different teams (7 per team).

Each team will defend their court and attack on the opposite one.

The aim of the game is to try and put the Frisbee into the opposite goal.

The team will have to pass the Frisbee with their components in order to move forward to the opposite

goal.

Norms/rules:When having the possession of the ball, three steps are only permitted.The players cannot be on the goal area.

Alternatives: The player cannot move when having the possession of the Frisbee.Player can only use one hand (other on the back).
