INTRODUCCIÓN
Incidencia y frecuencia

Early diagnosis and multidisciplinary care reduce the hospitalization time and duration of tube feeding and prevent early obesity in PWS infants.

Clinical implications of gait analysis in the rehabilitation of adult patients with “Prader Willi” Symdrome: a cross- sectional comparative study (“Prader Willi” syndrome vs matched obese patients and healthy subjects)

![Page 16: Síndrome de Prader Willi](https://reader036.vdocumento.com/reader036/viewer/2022081413/548df07ab47959b15e8b4831/html5/thumbnails/16.jpg)

4. efectos del ejercicio.- Mejora la composición corporal ( ↓el tejido subcutáneo/graso y ↑masa muscular) +capacidad física y actividad espontánea (15,16,17,18). - Efectos positivos sobre la marcha (18) Vs no (21). - (++++)diagnóstico precoz y tratamiento interdisciplinar (2) ↓estancia hospitalaria y complicaciones→ concienciar a padres de la importancia de la rehabilitación (3).
- TM+osteopatía,mejoran tono , fuerza muscular, coordinación, marcha, estado inmunológico, escoliosis+ ↓a ansiedad (1).

• Programa multidisciplinarmejora funcionalidad e independecia del niño
• ESCOLIOSISTratamiento conservador VS
quirúrgico• Patrones movimiento menos
avanzados y con mayor dificultad:
-Marcha + lenta-Longitud zancada + corta-Cadencia inferior-Fase apoyo + larga
