Caracter�sticas técnicas
Un fot�metro o spectrofot�metro permite medir la absorbancia de una soluci�n a una longitud de onda precisa. Una parte de la luz que atravesa la muestra se absorbe por las moléculas qu�micas de la muestra, y es esta fracci�n de luz retenida, llamada absorbancia, que el aparato mide.
Durante el análisis enol�gico, se compara la reacci�n producida por un reactivo enzimático o colorimétrico en un blanco (agua), en un estándar, y en una muestra, para poder calcular la concentraci�n del parámetro buscado en la muestra. En efecto, esta reacci�n provoca un cambio de absorbancia, proporcional a la concentraci�n de este parámetro (ley de Beer-Lambert). La absorbancia de la muestra se mide entonces por fotometr�a a una longitud de onda determinada.
Micropipettes
Para empezar, se recomienda utilizar el kit de inicio (ref.197817, pedir separada-mente), que incluye en particular micro-pipetas y celdas.

A photometer or spectrophotomer is an instrument that permits the measurement of how much a solution absorbs over a certain range of wavelength. A part of the light that passes through the sample solution is absorbed by the chemical molecules of the sample, and is this amount of light absorbed that the instrument measures.
For the analyses in oenology, we compare the reaction produced by an enzymatic or colorimetric reagent in a white (water), a standard solution, and a sample in order to determine the concentration of the required parameter in the sample. Indeed, this reaction causes a change of color in the sample that is proportional to the concentration of the parameter up to a certain limit. The specific color of the reaction is measured by photometry over a certain range of wavelength.
