I. The approval of this type design change should not be extended to other aircraft of thismodel on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it isdetermined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of thoseother previously approved modifications, including changes in Type Design, will introduceno adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

11. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, theholder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

111. This CHST permits the maximum operating altitude of the Cessna model LC42-550FGaircraft to be changed to 18,000 feet as depicted in the Type Certificate Data Sheet.

IV. Operation must be performed in accordance with FAA Approved Pilot's OperatingHandbook and/or Airplane Flight Manual Precise Flight Document 005NMAN0001,Section 9 (Supplement 4), Rev. D, dated 30 Jan. 2008, or later approved revision.

V. Instruction for Continued Airworthiness located in the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement(AFMS), Precise Flight Document 005NMAN0001, Section 9 (Supplement 4), Rev. D,dated 30 Jan. 2008, or later approved revision, is required for this modification.

VI. A copy of this Certificate and the Supplement referred on item IV above shall bemaintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
