The first step in the Event Workforce Pathway is becoming a Registered Workforcer. In order for Workforcers to be able to work for Event Workforce they need to complete:

• EW Introduction video • EW Core Values Questionnaire • Workforce Evaluation Questionnaire• OH&S Questionnaire• EW Fun Facts Questionnaire • Communication Questionnaire

On acceptance into the Academy Workforcers have their first Event Workforce Badge! In the Academy Workforcers have access to: • Volunteer and some paid roles• Shift review & feedback • Badge system for LinkedIn• Certifications• Complete specific Training Modules: - Volunteer Training Modules - Activation Training Modules - Merchandise Training Modules - Hospitality Training Modules - Shift Leader Training Modules

To become a Dream Team member Workforcers must complete an interview, take a Dream Team pledge and have a four star rating. The 4 star rating is based on Punctuality, Presentation, Task Completion and Initiative. Once in the Dream Team Workforcers have access to: • 24/48 hour priority shifts • Early bird access to paid opportunities • Mentoring • Further training modules and pod casts • Networking opportunities • Internship connection opportunities
