La promoción de estas iniciativas, desarrolladas en el ámbito de la discapaci-dad intelectual, es un elemento de enorme valor que contribuye notablemente a la participación en el ámbito cultural y social de estos artistas.

El encuentro y la exposición que se acogen en este proyecto proponen una iniciativa renovadora en la concepción de la profesionalización de personas con discapacidad dentro del sistema del arte.

Richard Bennaars, Director Artístico y Coordinador del Estudio Galería Herenplaats. Ha cursado estudios de arte en la Universidad de Rotterdam y Den Bosch, y trabaja desde 1984 para y con personas con discapacidad intelectual.

Jeroen Pomp, artista del estudio Herenplaats de Rotterdam/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////12:30 Máquina de Pintar Evru“Tecura”, máquina digital de pintar que surge como vehículo externo para lograr una conexión consciente con la creatividad de cualquier persona. El lema “arte para curarte” pretende involucrar a personas discapacitadas en un proceso que estimula y fomenta la creatividad y la autoestima, propiciando la creación de obras personales.

The promotion of these initiatives, developed in the field of intellectual learning difficulties, is an important resource of value for an outstandingly contribution for these people to participate actively in life.

The conference and the exhibition presented, is a renovated proposal in terms of supporting professionalized artist with learning disabilities within the art system.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////LUISA SCHOT (1955)LLuisa tiene una imaginación sin límites y una mirada única a todo lo que la rodea. Su inspiración procede de anuncios publicitarios y de catálogos de cualquier tipo. Procesa las imágenes repitiendo los dibujos una y otra vez. El producto es una abstracción de la imagen original, donde el especta-dor ve una nueva escena.///////////////////////////////////////////////////
