the DNIC, identified as Fernando Murcia, who werewearing masks and were driving in a car from themunicipality of Talgua , forced Castaeda 's daughterto open the door of the residence on the groundsthat they were autonomous.

They searched the house and took a gun legally inpossession of Castaeda because he is a merchantand uses it for personal safety. In his house, whichcontains a grocery store and a pool hall, they alsotook 50,000.00 lempiras, money which was to beused to purchase coffee.
