PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL CALCULO DE DEPOSITO DE SOLDADURA Y TIEMPO ESTIMADO EMPLEADO

CONSIDERACIONES:

1. En la soldadura común con electrodo revestido solo se aprovecha un 60% (cordon depositado) pues el resto se pierde en escoria,

salpicaduras y colilla.

2. La densidad del acero (peso espesifico) usado es de P= 0.283 lbs/pulg³ (7.8 kg/dm³).

3. Se calcula el Area y Volumen de la junta de soldadura, según el diseño de la misma en sus biseles.

(los cuales afectaran en más o menos tiempo de aplicación).

5. Se procede con un ejemplo: se suelda una junta de tubería de 20"Ø X 1.031" ESP. (CED 80), el diseño de los biseles es en "V"

con un ángulo de 60° y apertura en la raiz de 1/16" (0.062).

7. Se procede a calcular el volumen donde:
