(Please note that you will have to exit on St-Mathieu Street, 1 block from Campus, since the station will be under renovation during the summer.)

From the Hotel des Gouverneurs Place Dupuis to Outremont TheatreMETRO/BUS: 24 min. From the hotel you have access to Metro station Berri-UQAM. Take the orange line direction Montmorency and exit at Beaubien station. Take the bus 160 Barclay west and exit corner of Bernard/De L’Épée. Walk west on Bernard and cross Bloomfield. The theatre is on the left hand side.

From the Hotel des Gouverneurs Place Dupuis to La Sala Rossa METRO/BUS: 25 min. From the hotel you have access to Metro station Berri-UQAM. Take the orange line direction Montmorency and exit at Laurier station. Use the exit called St-Joseph. From there you can take the bus 51 Édouard-Montpetit and exit St-Joseph/St-Laurent. You will have to walk 111 m to arrive to the cabaret on St-Laurent Blvd OR from Laurier station you can walk 856 m on Saint-Joseph toward St-Laurent. From St-Joseph walk south on St-Laurent.

** Free STM bus transportation has been arranged to leave Concordia University most days between 7:00 pm and 7:55 pm to go to the Outremont Theatre (check Schedule for daily details). There will also be one departure from the Hôtel des Gouverneurs Place Dupuis. The STM bus stop is located on de Maisonneuve Boulevard West directly in front of the Hall Building.

Traveling by metroA single ride on the metro costs $3. 1-day unlimited passes cost $9.3-day unlimited passes cost $18. Weekly unlimited passes, which last from Monday to Sunday, only, cost $23.75 + $6 for a refillable OPUS card. All unlimited passes include the 747 Express to/from the airport.

Traveling by BIXIBIXI is cycling as a real means of urban transportation. BIXI is one of the best ways to visit the landmarks in Montreal without any hassles and at a low cost.

The system is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This service enables citizens and tourists to borrow a bike from a station, travel to their destination and return the bike to any other station across the network.

BIXI currently provides 400 stations and 5,000 bikes distributed in 8 of Montreal’s boroughs.

At Concordia Parking Concordia University has two indoor parking sites open from 6:00 am until midnight: 1. 1436 Mackay Street in the Library Building (LB) 2. 1250 Guy Street in the Faubourg Building Maximum charge per day is $12.75 (payment options are cash, Visa or MasterCard).

Public parking (paid and otherwise) is also available on the streets nearby.

Montreal/DepartureScheduled 2014 Encuentro activities will end late-night Saturday, June 28, following our closing dance party, which begins at 9:00 pm. We are sure you do not want to miss this!

To get to Montreal-Trudeau airport the best option is the STM 747 shuttle. The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, between the airport and Berri-UQAM metro station. The Hôtel Gouverneur is located just east of Place Emilie-Gamelin, 140 m from Berri-UQAM.

Travel time may vary between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Wi-Fi service is available on most 747 buses.The fare is $10 for the bus including a pass that offers unlim-ited travel throughout the STM bus and metro networks during 24 consecutive hours.
