Design & installation of glazed partitioning, storey-height doors, air-conditioning, decoration, floorcoverings, floorbox relocation & power distribution, data cabling & networking, kitchenette & breakout zones & office furniture.

WHAT WE DID

Rhino were pleased to provide our services to completely strip-out & refurbish a portal-frame commercial building to provide office & production facilities for approximately 150 staff which were relocated from an existing facility located in another building nearby.

As a result of consultation with various stakeholders within the business, the environment shown in these images was created, to provide an inspirational & productive working environment for each team. Each area within the office layout was designed to support multiple shift patterns both comfortably & reliably for many years to come.

RESULTS

The addition of creative break-out furniture in strategic locations throughout the offices provides staff with the option to gather informally for team meetings, hold impromptu discussions or simply take a short break from the task at hand.

BRIEF

WHAT WE DID

Rhino were pleased to provide our services to fit-out and reconfigure existing services in a newly built, first floor office which was, before we started just an open plan CAT A landlord fit-out. The first floor office was to house staff who were relocating across the city from an older less prominent site.

The client was working to a very tight timescale and so with detailed planning and project management we were able to carry out the CAT B fit-out within a very small timeframe with minimal snagging work.This meant that we were able to reduce our costs and pass on the savings to our client so that it was a ‘win win’ situation.

RESULTS

The Location of the new office and the high level of fit-out has meant that the company, who work in the pharmaceutical trade, can bring in clients and other professionals into an environment that reflects the quality of their service and expertise in the industry.

WHAT WE DID

Externally: Over Clad Office block to create a striking new modern office block effect. Works included design & installation of cladding, external windows with privacy glass, entrance door set and external lighting.

Internally: Complete refurbishment including power & data cabling, air-conditioning, all interior surfaces, WC Area fit-out, door access control, office furniture

Timescale: Internally – 2 Phases: 1st Floor - 3 weeks. Ground Floor inc. WCs & External works – 8 weeks

Balfour Beatty Case Study

BRIEF

Design & installation of Mezzanine floor, Warehouse office, power, data, lighting and warehouse storage, barrier sytems and cranes.

WHAT WE DID

Our client had requirement to relocate their existing stores of construction plant from an old asbestos building to a new temporary building on the same site.

With Rhino’s experience in the storage and distribution industry, we worked with our client over a period of time to come up with a complete turnkey solution to enable the flow of plant in and out of the new building to run smoothly and with minimal handling and lifting risk to employees.

RESULTS

The construction of the new building now means that there is room for increased capacity, less down time and easy access to all items. Also stock rotation can now be closely monitored.
