Las proteínas elaboradas en el R.E.G. Siguen distintos recorridos celulares según su estructura:

El R.E. se puede romper y separar, por centrifugación, originando MICROSOMAS.
Estos no son organelas naturales sino el resultado de aplicación de una técnica para poder estudiarlos.
Los Microsomas pueden ser Lisos o Rugosos, según de qué parte del R.E. se originaron.

serán de utilización intracelular.
Las proteínas sintetizadas en los ribosomas del
R.E.G., pasarán por el Golgi y luego formarán
parte de los Lisosomas, la Membrana o de la Secreción Celular.
