Every one of our characters starts life as a sketch, drawing inspiration from the quirky,

whimsical stories that are part of our childhood. Those sketches are then brought to life

and handmade into samples, sourcing the right fabrics for tactile and emotional learning is

crucial to the transformation of each character from sketch to first sample. We use a

variety of textiles – the softest velours, the chunkiest knits, the prettiest florals,

that when all carefully combined give our beautiful and quirky

characters a unique personality.

S A F E T Y

All of our products are fully safety tested by accredited safety testing organizations around

the world. In Europe, we adhere to the stringent EN71 guidelines and are regularly tested

to adhere to the EC declaration of conformity.

Our suppliers follow strict guidelines for manufaturing and all hold the ICTI certification.

B R A N D I N G

We have a strong brand identity and ensure that all our produts are labelled accordingly,

so ensuring that all our customers recognise a Ragtales product in store.

We have created sub brands that are similarly identifiable by beautiful woven labels.

Most of our products are sold with an illustrated cross sell leaflet that shows the other

characters in the range and is accompanied by a rhyming story about Ragtales!

PAC K AG I N G

All the members of the Ragtales family have a story to tell, and their illustrative portraits

appear on the packaging, whether they are presented in a beautiful high quality box,

an embroidered bag, or with a simple hangtag.

Our Gift Boxes are made from sturdy, high quality paper wrapped cardboard and are

recognised as an integral part of the play value of the product.

A delightful range of 35 cms animal characters who are all good friends and love to tell a story.
