SEGURIDAD EN EL MÁSTIL / MAST SAFETY

Los movimientos de expansión e izado de latorre se harán a través de dos cilindros dedoble efecto, que ofrecen una mayor seguridadpara trabajar a distintos ángulos.

El mástil incorpora un sistema de cadenasporta-cables de óptimo comportamiento encondiciones de trabajo extremo (±120 ºC), quegarantiza la protección y evita el descuelguede cables con el paso del tiempo.

El mástil incorpora válvulas de seguridad anti-caida para proteger ante posibles roturas delatiguillos. Estos latiguillos son tubos parahidráulica en acero bicromatado, que ofrecenuna mayor seguridad frente a la corrosión ymayor resistencia a torceduras e impactos.

The expansion and lifting movements ofthe tower are done by two double effectcylinders, that offer the maximum safetywhen working in different angles.

The mast has a cable holding system bychains work under the most extremeconditions (±120ºC), that guaranteesprotection as well as avoiding cables fromstarting hanging with use.

The mast also incorporates anti-fall safetyvalves to protect against any possiblebreakage of any conducts. These are tubesfor hydraulics in bichromatized steel, whichoffer a great protection against corrosionand a higher resistance against twisting andimpacts.

SOPORTE DE MÁSTIL

Entre otras funciones, alberga y protege elmotor eléctrico que acciona todo el sistemahidráulico del mástil. Para evitar el desgaste enel giro del mástil, durante el movimiento deizado se han colocado unos casquillos de bronceantifricción, con lo que se consigue que con eltranscurso del tiempo no haya holgura en elmástil.

MAST SUPPORT

Among other functions, houses and protectsthe electrical motor that drives all the hydraulicsystem of the mast. In order to avoid the wearof the mast due to the raising movement, antifriction bronze bushings have been introduced,that as well protect against any future clearancesthat could appear with use.

ARMARIO ESTANCO DE CONTROL YMANIOBRA

El armario queda anclado en el soporte de mástily alberga y protege en su interior la centralautomática de control del mástil, el cuadrode maniobra y la manguera de conexión grupo-torre. Este armario de maniobra y control sepuede cerrar con llave o bloquear manualmentemediante dos cerraduras, su grado de protecciónes IP66.

WATERPROOF CONTROL ANDMANEUVERING SHELTER

It is fixed to the mast support and houses andprotects in its interior the mast control automaticcentral, the maneuvering panel and the connectionhose between the generator set and the tower.This control and handling cabinet, can be lockedup with a key or be closed manually with twoimpact locks. Its protection level is IP66.

CENTRAL DE CONTROL APOLO 9000 1.0

Controla el mástil mediante simples pulsadoresy realiza una protección total al permitirúnicamente movimientos seguros. La centralestá basada en un circuito electrónico gobernadopor un potente microprocesador, capaz derealizar automáticamente acciones como elascenso y descenso del mástil y giro e inclinaciónautomática de los focos con la horizontal delsuelo y aplicar correcciones sobre movimientosno permitidos.(para más detalle ver ficha adjunta).

APOLO 9000 1.0 CONTROL UNIT

It allows the control of the mast through simplebuttons and only allows safe movements of themast that is total protection. The unit has verypowerful microprocessor that controls an electroniccircuit, capable of carrying out automaticallyactions such as raising and descending thetelescopic mast and rotating and inclining thespotlights with the horizontal level of the groundand as well, making corrections on not allowedmovements.(for more details seeing leafletattached).

MASTIL TELESCÓPICO

De 3 expansiones en aluminio extrusiona-doT6 y anodizado con una capa de 15 micras. Elsistema de expansión está protegido porrascadores que confieren total estanqueidadfrente a agentes externos como polvo, agua, etc.

Alcanza automáticamente una altura total detrabajo de 9,4 m y 355º de rotación en cabezade mástil, lo que permite un campo deiluminación de focos de 360º y una inclinaciónautomática de focos de + 45º sobre lahorizontal del suelo.

With three expansions made in extrudedaluminum T6 and anodized with a 15 micronslayer. The expansion system is protected byscrapers that make it fully waterproof againstany external agent such as water, dust, etc.

De halogenuro metálico de 400 vatios de potenciay 32.000 lúmenes de flujo luminoso cada uno,fijados al soporte con tuercas autoblocantes. Gradode protección IP66 en proyectores y conexionesde caja.

SUPPORT FOR SIX PROJECTORS

Of metallic halogenide with 400 watts powerand a flow of 32.000 lumens each, fixed to thesupport with safety nuts. IP66 protection level inprojectors and box connections.

we can manufacture anotherdistributions and intensities ofprojectors. (1.500W quartziodine, sodium vapour...).

Opcionalmente:

KIT MÓVIL

Compuesto de eje rígido, lanza articulada (opcional)(6a), enganche tipo anilla (6b), abatimiento derueda jockey (6c) para desplazamiento al interiorde obras y guardabarros redondeados. Ademásincluye 4 mozos extensibles con husillo (6d) parasu perfecta nivelación en superficies irregulares,estos mozos están protegidos por nylon en sudeslizamiento y extensión. Para la elevación ytransporte de la torre se incorpora en el chasis4 anillas de carga (6f) perfectamente señalizadas(recomendamos la carga con 4 bragas de 2,5metros cada una). OPCIONALMENTE: sepueden suministrar luminosos de señalizacióny kit móvil para circulación a alta velocidad.

TRAILER KIT

Comprising a rigid shaft, articulated nozzle(optional) (6a), lifting eye (6b), roundedmudguards and a hiding jockey wheel (6c) toallow its carrying into working areas. The traileralso incorporates four extensible legs (6d) for aperfect levelling when situated on irregularsurfaces, these legs are protected with nylon inits slide and extension.

For lifting and transportation purposes the trailerhas on its bodywork 4 lifting eyes (6f) (werecommend lifting it with four belts of 2.5 metreslong each) On request, there is a high speedversion including signalling lights and brakesaccording to European traffic regulations.

ARMARIO POSTERIOR

Con cerradura manual, llave de bloqueo yespumas de protección, diseñado para almacenarlos 6 proyectores durante el transporte. Gradode protección IP66.

REAR CABINET

With impact locks, key and foam rubberprotection, designed in order to keep the 6projectors during transportation. IP66 protectionlevel.

GRUPO ELECTRÓGENO

Fijado al chasis mediante bulones roscados (6e)de alta seguridad. Los grupos electrógenosHIMOINSA a instalar de estándar en la serie9000, son grupos de versión insonorizada,garantizando así una gran reducción del nivelsonoro. Accionados por motor LOMBARDINI,IVECO o PERKINS, la gama de potencia varíadesde las 12 hasta las 34 kVA.

GENERATING SET

Fixed to the framework with safety bolts (6e). Thestandard generating sets that come with the series9000, are soundproofed and therefore guaranteea great reduction in the level of noise emissions.They are powered by engines LOMBARDINI, IVECOor PERKINS ranging from 12 up to 34 kVA.
