will be held at the Snow King Resort Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming. Snow King is Jackson’s largest conference center designed to accommodate both families and groups.

RegistrationConference Registration Fee: $375 for M.D.s and DOs $275 for PAs, NPs and Residents Fee includes registration, three breakfast coupons, conference materials, and all social events (the registration fee does not include room accommodations). Check-In Check-in will begin Thursday, Feb. 7, at 3 p.m. on the Second Floor Mezzanine of the Snow King Resort. Medical sessions end mid-morning and resume mid-afternoon in an effort to give you time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Jackson Hole. Conference participants and their guests are cordially invited to attend all scheduled events.

Breakfast A continental breakfast will be provided each morning in the Vendor Room. Each attendee will receive three breakfast coupons that can also be used in the Rafferty’s Restaurant if they prefer a hot breakfast buffet.

Vendor Exhibits Vendor exhibits will be in the Teton Room and Mezzanine area throughout the conference. Vendors are great supporters of Frontiers in Medicine; please show your appreciation by visiting them.

Accreditation This activity has been approved by Wyoming Medical Center for up to 16.5 hours of continuing medical education in Category I. Each physician should claim only the number of hours actually spent in this activity. Wyoming Medical Center is accredited by the Colorado Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. To receive CME certificate, “Request for CME” form will need to be filled out legibly and returned.
