Las versiones del Sicoss no tienen importancia en la medida en que no se modifiquen la estructura del archivo de importación. Ante esta eventualidad, solicitar nuevo modelo de archivo de importación.
Contiene los nombres de campo y la longitud de cada uno. Son solo datos de referencia. Tendrán importancia cuando haya alguna modificación en los archivos de importación. Cuando esto suceda, habrá que analizar cada nombre de campo y su longitud. De esta forma se podrá identificar de manera simple qué campo ha sido modificado o si se agregó alguno nuevo.
Cabe destacar que la estructura de archivo de importación de retenciones que figura en la página de Declaración en Línea está mal diseñado. El fin de un campo y el inicio del siguiente debieran ser consecutivos, sin embargo hay espacios en blanco. Esta situación ha sido contemplado en la estructura y diseño del archivo.
Nota del autor: Agradecimiento especial a los desarrolladores de la AFIP. Sin la colaboración de ellos, seguramente nuestro trabajo sería mucho más sencillo. Y no es un chiste.
En esta hoja deberá copiarse la información bajada de MisRetenciones de la Seguridad Social.
El proceso es sencillo. Se baja la información a un archivo Excel y luego se copian los datos en la hoja mencionada del archivo. Asegúrese de no pisar las columnas coloreadas, ya que las mismas contienen fórmulas específicas. Si se arruinan, se arruinará el archivo.
La columna Periodo Declarado no es obligatoria. Es funcional cuando se baja las información completa de MisRetenciones. En ese caso, deberá indicarse en qué período se computó cada retención. Utilice siempre el primer día de cada mes, por ejemplo, para abril escriba 1/4, para mayo 1/5. Y de esta manera los acumulados funcionarán adecuadamente.
Esta hoja contiene todas las fórmulas necesarias para capturar los datos de la hoja MisRetenciones y también convierte cada campo a formato TXT. No deben tocarse las fórmulas ya que las mismas pueden arruinarse.
La hoja está preparada para trabajar hasta 200 registros. En caso de contener mayor información deberán copiarse las fórmulas hacia abajo hasta la cantidad de registros necesarios. Tenga presente que si necesita más registros también deberán copiarse hacia abajo las fórmulas de la hoja MisRetenciones y de la hoja Exportar.
Columna Control: V indica que el registro está validado, que contiene la cantidad de caracteres correcto. Por el contrario, F indica que el registro no está validado, por lo tanto en la columna Exportar la celda se verá vacía.
Columna Período a informar: Utilice los filtros de columna para indicar qué período desea informar. Al utilizar el filtro, se filtrarán los registros del período deseado.
Una vez filtrado, copie las celdas de la columna Exportar únicamente al bloc de notas.
Aclaración: puede ocurrir que la fecha se convierta mal. Esto podrá observarse en la hoja Procesos, en la columna K. Si visualiza por ejemplo, Martes0303, significa que la fecha se convirtió mal al aplicarle el formato texto.
Esto significa que hay una discrepancia entre el formato fecha del Excel y el Windows. Lo que debe hacer es modificar la fórmula de la columna K. Deberá reemplazar la Y por la A.

El método más sencillo es pintar la columna K de la hoja Procesos y utilizar el comando Buscar y Reemplazar (Ctrl + L) indicando que busque YYYY y lo reemplace por AAAA.
