Kingbull was founded in 1999 and had 16 years experience, and is becoming one of the leading plastic pipelines manufacturers in China. (220mu = 146,740 m2)


In 2009, Shanghai Eton was created to

develop the overseas markets and to

trade with the famous petrochemical

corporations.


In 2012, Ezhou KINGBULL was founded which is specialized in PE & PVC

products.(350mu = 233,450 m2)


KINGBULL has found the other company KESTAR which is located in new leuven Belgium, KESTAR acts as the window between KINGBULL and Europe high-tech company.

PROCESS CONTROL:

1. Every 2 hours, the QC will choose sample from producing line and send them

to lab for several tests, including appearance, size, density, melt flow rate,

Thermal stability, Hydrostatic Testing, Hot and Cold Pressure Cycling, impact

test, etc. All these test ensure that all the products are 100% qualified in

warehouse.

2. Every 1 hour, the QC will record the machine producing situation including the

temperatures, pressure, speed in each producing line.

3. Third party audit. Every order there will come the third party to test, such as

SGS, BV, CE, INTERTEK, SAI.


Products Traceability:

With the special marking on the pipes, we can trace the production time, production

line and raw material.

Meaning of the special marking: 20130329 (Production date)-1652 (Production time)-AP129 (Material code)-14 (Production line)-0230721081 (Material batch No.)


Internal and External Audit:

INTERNAL AUDIT: Every year the China Quality Assurance Centre will

come to KINGBULL for internal audit. The Audit will check KINGBULL

quality control system with many files according to ISO9001 & ISO14001&

ISO 18001.

External Audit: Every year, SAI Global, ANEOR will come to KINGBULL to

audit the Quality system.
