Basado en las recomendaciones de Marcos Ridolfi elaborar un KPI End To End utilizados enotras que englobe todas las posibles puntos de Fallas de una Llamada tomando en cuentalos KPI comunes en combinación de otros indicadores donde se puedan monitorear todoslos elementos (TRX’s , BTS, ABIS’s , Circuitos , Etc.)

Seria un KPI ponderado en donde cada KPI esmultiplicado con peso según su importancia en laFormula

• Availability - Recursos disponibles en servicio a nivel de TRX’s ,BTS’s.

• Accessability - El performance de la celda expresado enasignacion de recursos (TCH’s y SDCCH’s)

• Dropped Call Rate - El rate de Drop de la Celda• Quality - La calidad de la red medido en la interfaz de aire

(Downlink and Uplink).• Handover Failure Rate - la eficiencia de traspaso de llamadas en

la red.
