Queridos Feligreses,

Este viernes, nuestros Ejercicios de Cua-

resma, El Camino, llegarán a su fin. Unos

200 feligreses han participado en "el ca-

mino". Doy las gracias a todos los que han

participado en los ejercicios, a nuestros

líderes de grupo y a nuestros cocineros. Ha

sido una gran experiencia. Su compromiso

con el crecimiento espiritual personal y co-

munitario es el núcleo de nuestra misión y

la vida de nuestra parroquia.

El próximo fin de semana celebramos el

Domingo de Ramos. Si el clima lo permite,

comenzaremos todas las misas afuera.

Tenemos un grupo

de jóvenes adultos

que están prepara-

dos para viajar a

Panamá en enero

para la Jornada

Mundial de la Juventud con el Papa Fran-

cisco. Cada uno acepta la responsabilidad

personal de pagar el 1/4 del costo

($2,600 cada uno). Me gustaría pedir a la

parroquia que brinde apoyo para esta in-

creíble aventura en nombre de nuestra pa-

rroquia. Para recaudar fondos para este

esfuerzo, los participantes de la Jornada

Mundial de la Juventud celebrarán una

fiesta del "Cinco de Mayo" el viernes 4 de

mayo a las 7:00p.m. - 11.00pm. Más infor-

Dear Parishioners,

This Friday, our Lenten Exercises, The Jour-

ney, will come to a close. Some 200 pa-

rishioners have participated in “the jour-

ney.” I thank all who have participated in

the exercises, our group leaders, and our

cooks. It has been a great experience. Your

commitment to personal and communal

spiritual growth is the core of our mission

and the life of our parish.

Next weekend we celebrate Palm Sunday.

Weather permitting, we will begin all mass-

travel to Pana-

ma in January

for World Youth

Day with Pope Francis. Each one is accept-

ing personal responsibility for 1/4 of the

cost ($2,600 each). I would like to ask the

parish to offer support for this incredible

venture in the name of our parish. To raise

funds for this effort, the World Youth Day

participants will hold a “Cinco de Mayo”

fiesta on Friday, May 4, 7:00p.m.-11:00

EASTER EGG HUNT

On Saturday, March 31, the Men’s Club will hold their annual Easter Egg Hunt on the parish grounds. This is for children ages ten and under and will start promptly at 10:00AM. Please have them bring their own Easter basket and re-port to Kavanaugh Hall ( the cafeteria ) no later than 9:30AM. The first fifty children will receive a coloring book and crayons. Confirmation Service Hours We would like to build community with the students preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation by providing service opportunity to complete their service hours. We are looking for adults to help or-ganize a day of service . Please contact Teresa or Libbie if you are interested in helping in this minis-try. Adults will need to be safe and sacred compli-ant.
