1er y 2do Día (viernes y sábado): El viernes viajamos por el Estado de Nueva York hasta cruzar la frontera con Canadá, llegando a su capital, Ottawa, en la tarde. Tendremos la noche libre para disfrutar la ciudad o el hotel. El sábado visitamos el majestuoso edificio del Parlamento, la Corte Suprema, la Biblioteca Nacional, la Casa del Primer Ministro y el Mercado Byward. Luego hacemos un crucero por las Mil Islas, apoteósica maravilla de la naturaleza, en la desembocadura del Río San Lorenzo, entre Canadá y Estados Unidos. Luego partimos hacia Toronto, llegando al hotel en la tarde..

3er y 4to Día (domingo y lunes): El domingo comienza con una visita narrada por un guía local. Toronto, una ciudad multicultural y multiétnica, donde la presencia caribeña viene de los tiempos del coloniaje británico y francés, ha logrado un equilibrio entre la aparente “sequedad” canadiense y la exuberancia del Caribe. El tour destaca los puntos de mayor interés: la Torre CN, el Ayuntamiento, el Barrio Chino, el Museo Royal Ontario, el Centro Eaton, la Calle Yonge, la Zona de Destilerías y mucho más. Luego viajamos a las alucinantes Cataratas del Niágara para disfrutar de actividades como el paseo en el bote Maid of the Mist, el Reloj de Floral, y la Calle Clifton Hill, entre otras. Luego vamos al hotel en el área de Búfalo. El lunes visitamos el Grand Old Erie Canal –cuyas 363 millas fueron excavadas a mano (de 1817 a 1825) para conectar los ríos Hudson y Niágara, una magna obra de ingeniaría –que convirtió la ciudad de Nueva York en el puerto importante que la hizo la meca que hoy conocemos. La visita incluye un crucero de dos horas en bote, para observar y ser elevado a 49 pies de la escarpa de Niagara, considerada el ecosistema forestal más antiguo del este de Norte América.Llegamos a nuestra primera parada en N.Y. a las 9 pm.

1st and 2nd Days (Friday & Saturday): travel northwest across New York State crossing the Canadian border, spending the evening. On Friday we travel northwest across New York State crossing the Canadian border and spend the evening in Ottawa. Early on Saturday we visit the majestic neo-gothic parliament buildings overlooking the Ottawa River. After touring the Supreme Court, the National Library, the National Archives, and the Byward Market, we take a boat cruise to explore One Thousand Islands, a mesmerizing natural wonder. In the late afternoon, we arrive to our hotel in Toronto.

3rd & 4th Day (Sunday & Monday): On Sunday we take a panoramic tour of Toronto that highlights the city’s major points of interests such as the CN Tower, City Hall, Chinatown, Royal Ontario Museum, Eaton Center, Yonge Street, the Distillry District, and much more. Then we head south to Niagara Falls. Our optional package includes visits to the falls, Maid of the Mist boat ride, the IMAX Theater, the Floral Clock, as well as free time on the famous and fun Clifton Hill Street. On Monday we will visit the Grand Old Erie Canal. Hand dug to connect the Hudson River with the Niagara River, the 363 mile canal is truly a great engineering feat. The visit will feature a two hour cruise, which includes “looking through” and being raised the 49 feet elevation of the Niagara escarpment. After our boat tour, we begin our trip to New York City, arriving at approximately 9:00 PM.
