2 CURSOS OFICIALES MICROSOFT
Los cursos oficiales de Microsoft (MOC), sólo pueden ser impartidos en centros oficiales
reconocidos. La colaboración de ABD con MultiTrain, como centro de formación oficial de
Microsoft (CPLS), ofrece toda la garantía del fabricante en el cumplimiento de las estrictas normas
que regulan esa formación para asegurar la calidad.
Todos los cursos de este catálogo son cursos oficiales. Si se desea obtener más información sobre

2.1 ¿QUÉ SIGNIFICA CURSO OFICIAL DE MICROSOFT? Para que un curso pueda ser considerado oficial (MOC), deben cumplirse una serie de requisitos
muy estrictos:
1. El instructor tiene que tener la certificación MCT en vigor
2. El instructor debe haber pasado los exámenes de certificación correspondientes
3. Cada uno de los alumnos tiene que tener un manual oficial original
4. El curso tiene que estar organizado por un Partner de Formación de Microsoft (CPLS)
Sólo si se cumplen TODOS los requisitos puede impartirse un curso oficial MOC y entregarse
diploma oficial a la finalización del mismo.
Además, es ILEGAL para un partner de formación CPLS y/o un MCT utilizar cualquiera de los
materiales del curso oficial (diapositivas, manuales, prácticas, etc.) en cursos que no cumplan los
anteriores requisitos.
Cumplir todos estos requisitos es la garantía de que se está recibiendo una formación de la
máxima calidad, impartida por instructores a los que se les exige estar permanentemente
actualizados y con materiales expresamente diseñados por su valor pedagógico y de referencia.
2.2 ¿CÓMO ES UN CURSO MOC? Los cursos MOC están diseñando tomando como objetivo el que los alumnos obtengan una
capacitación aplicable a su puesto de trabajo. Para ello, se realizan numerosos estudios para
averiguar qué habilidades se necesitan en cada uno de los perfiles. Por ello, no es una simple
colección de conocimientos sino que están profundamente estudiados desde el punto de vista
pedagógico y técnico para ser útiles y relevantes de forma inmediata.
Además, Microsoft Learning trata de forma global la formación de forma que puede desarrollarse
una serie de cursos para ir progresivamente avanzando hacia materias más complejas o de mayor
especialización.
El contenido de los cursos ha sido desarrollado por los mayores especialistas en los productos,
con feedback constante de los clientes que los utilizan para conocer qué es lo que realmente es
importante saber de cada uno de ellos, y con todo el apoyo interno de Microsoft.
Pedagógicamente, se apoyan en una serie de principios:

Módulos: Cada curso está dividido en una serie de módulos, que normalmente tratan
alguna característica concreta o un trabajo habitual que desarrollar. La estructura de
módulos permite flexibilidad, porque permite personalizar los cursos de manera que se
incluyan o eliminen módulos a demanda
Lecciones: Cada módulo está dividido en lecciones, que van desarrollando la teoría y
práctica relativa a cada característica y funcionalidad, de manera que el alumno no sólo
aprenda qué tiene que hacer sino por qué tiene que hacerlo así.
Demos: A lo largo de los módulos, e intercaladas entre las explicaciones y ejemplos del
instructor, hay demostraciones en vivo o pequeñas prácticas, para que los alumnos no
aprendan teóricamente los conceptos.
Prácticas: Al final de cada módulo, los alumnos llevan a cabo prácticas complejas,
perfectamente diseñadas para reforzar lo aprendido
Además, en la mayoría de los cursos puede utilizarse un entorno de laboratorio virtual, que
permite escenarios de gran complejidad, entorno que queda disponible durante 6 meses para
que los alumnos repitan las prácticas cuantas veces quieran para afianzar los conocimientos.
Los manuales, a su vez, incluyen las diapositivas utilizadas y muchísimas referencias externas para
ampliar conocimientos. Pueden adquirirse en formato físico o digital, siempre en inglés.
3 CERTIFICACIONES
Las certificaciones de Microsoft son una excelente manera de demostrar los conocimientos
adquiridos en la tecnología, y permiten distinguir al personal realmente capacitado de otro menos
capaz.
Cada certificación obliga a pasar un número determinado de exámenes, relacionados con la
tecnología en cuestión. Al pasar el primer examen, se obtiene la primera certificación, Microsoft
Certified Professional (MCP).
Entre las certificaciones de sistemas más demandadas, están:
MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. Esta certificación, otorgada en varias
modalidades según el producto, valida las aptitudes de personas capacitadas en la
administración de sistemas a alto nivel.
MCSE: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert. Esta certificación es la continuación del MCSA,
y supone que el individuo no está sólo capacitado para administrar una solución sino que
también puede diseñarla para hacerla coincidir con los requisitos de negocio.
