El trabajo que desarrolló Bathco para realizar la réplica de los baños del Titanic no acabó en la exposición. La empresa cántabra decidió sacar esta colección a la venta bajo el nombre Titanic Collection by Bathco.
Se ha recuperado lo mejor de aquella época en la colección Titanic Collection by Bathco, una serie de lavabos y diferentes complementos -muebles de caoba, grifería, albornoces y juego de toallas- que reproducen fielmente los baños de primera y segunda clase del trasatlántico.
Esplendor, lujo y sofisticación fueron los conceptos que imperaron en el diseño de cada uno de los elementos, conectados con las corrientes más modernistas de la época.
A través de esta colección, Bathco pone a tu alcance la posibilidad de tener en casa la réplica de los baños del Titanic y cualquiera de sus complementos.
The work Bathco undertook to create the bathrooms of the Titanic didn’t end with the exhibition. The Spanish company decided to market the collection under the name Titanic Collection by Bathco.
It has recovered the best of that era in the Titanic Collection by Bathco, a series of washbasins and various accessories — mahogany furniture, fixtures, bathrobes and a set of towels — which faithfully reproduce the first- and second-class bathrooms of the ocean liner.
Splendour, luxury and sophistication were the concepts that governed the design of each and every element, in connection with the latest Art Deco trends of the era.
With this collection, Bathco gives you the chance to have in your home a replica of the Titanic bathrooms and any of their accessories.
En julio de 2015, el presidente de la Fundación Titanic, Jesús Ferreiro, decidió reproducir, entre otras estancias del buque, los camarotes de primera y segunda clase, resaltando los baños para incorporarlos a la exposición Titanic, The Reconstruction. Tras conocer al director de Bathco, José López, en una exposición de arte, la posibilidad de reproducir los baños se hizo realidad.
Tras meses de intensa investigación, desarrollo y preparación, el equipo de Bathco logró desarrollar una réplica de los baños del famoso buque. Para esta tarea contó además con la colaboración del prestigioso diseñador, Pascual Salvador.
Fotografías antiguas y planos de 1912 aportados por la Fundación fueron la base para crear los nuevos diseños adaptados a las necesidades de hoy en día.
In July 2015 the president of the Titanic Foundation, Jesús Ferreiro, decided to reproduce,the first- and second-class cabins, highlighting the bathrooms, to include them in the exhibition “Titanic, The Reconstruction”. After making the acquaintance of the Bathco CEO, José López, at an art exhibition, the possibility of reproducing the bathrooms became a reality.
After months of intense research, development and preparation, the Bathco team successfully produced a replica of the bathrooms on the famous ocean liner. The prestigious designer Pascual Salvador was also called on to collaborate in this task.
Old photographs and plans from 1912 provided by the Foundation served as the basis for creating new designs adapted to the needs of today.

Las réplicas de los baños del Titanic diseñadas por Bathco están presentes actualmente en la exposición Titanic, The Reconstruction. Una muestra que desde 2016 ha recorrido las principales ciudades españolas y que prepara su periplo europeo y americano.
Uno de los principales atractivos de la exposición es la recreación del Titanic más grande realizada hasta la fecha. También se pueden ver originales y reproducciones de herramientas que sirvieron para la construcción de este emblemático buque, que desapareció en aguas del océano Atlántico durante su primer y único viaje, entre Southampton y Nueva York.
Los que visitan esta muestra afirman que se trata de una experiencia sensorial que traslada al visitante al año 1912 y le embarca en el buque de los sueños.

The replicas of the Titanic bathrooms designed by Bathco are currently on display in the exhibition Titanic, The Reconstruction. A show that has been touring the leading Spanish cities since 2016 which is now getting ready for its European and American journey.
One of the main attractions of the exhibition is the largest recreation of the Titanic ever built. Visitors can also see reproductions of tools that were used in the construction of this emblematic ship that disappeared in the waters of the Atlantic, between Southampton and New York, on its maiden and only voyage.
Those who have seen this exhibition say that it is a sensory experience that transports visitors back to the year 1912 and lets them step onboard the ship of dreams.
