9 Levante las laminillas de ajuste que puedan haber.
10 Quite los tornillos.
Sugerencia de servicio
No se puede quitar los tornillos de la tapa de la distribucin.

Nota
Sujetar el engranaje intermediario con una herramienta adecuada para controlar
correctamente el juego mecnico.
14 Aflojar los tornillos del engranaje intermediario.
15 Ajustar el engranaje intermediario.
16 Ajustar el juego mecnico usando la galga y girando el engranaje.(A)

Limpiar cuidadosamente las superficies de contacto.
Nota
No utilice herramientas que puedan daar la superficie de sellado.
21 Monte la tapa de distribucin.
Nota
Los pasadores de la tapa de distribucin hacen de guas, para evitar daar la moldura
retn durante el montaje.
22 Poner los tornillos.
Nota
Apretar a mano los tornillos. Verifique que la tapa de distribucin est tocando la placa
del engranaje de distribucin.
23 Monte la herramienta .(A)
Material requerido
GUA 9998601 2 pzas.

Nota
Verifique que la tapa de distribucin quede alineada con la culata, de ambos lados.
25 Apretar los tornillos a par.
Par de apriete
Tapa de la distribucin superior, tornillo Secuencia de apriete: 15
