UTILIZACIN

Se utilizan para el control y regulacin del nivel de lqui-dos conductores detectando el mximo y mnimo tantoen el llenado como en el vaciado de pozos o depsitos.Permiten controlar el trasvase de lquido entre pozos ydepsitos utilizando el modelo adecuado. No son ade-cuados para lquidos inflamables o para trabajar en zonas

clasificadas como potencialmente explosivas.

APPLICATION

They are employed in the control and regulation of liquidconductor levels, detecting maximum and minimum bothin the filling or draining wells and tanks. They permit thecontrol of liquid transfer between wells and tanks usingthe most adequate model. They are not suitable forinflammable liquids or for working in areas that are clas-

sified as potentially explosive.

INSTRUCCIONES

CONTROLADORDebe estar instalado en un sitio protegido de las vibraciones,del agua, de los gases corrosivos y donde la temperaturaambiente no rebase los valores que figuran en las especifica-ciones tcnicas.

SONDASLas sondas deben instalarse a la profundidad de los nivelesdeseados. Si se utiliza la sonda comn conectada a tierra,debe instalarse a mas profundidad que las otras para queest siempre sumergida. Si no se utiliza la sonda comn, lapared del depsito debe ser conductora y conectarse alborne de tierra del equipo.Los cables de las sondas nunca deben instalarse en una con-duccin junto con cables de potencia, control o alimentacin.

CONEXIONADOVanse los esquemas en las etiquetas de caractersticas delos aparatos junto con estas instrucciones.Los cables de alimentacin deben ser los adecuados, el cir-cuito debe estar provisto de los dispositivos necesarios paraproteger contra las sobrecargas requeridas en la instalacindel edificio.El interruptor necesario para la desconexin debe estar mar-cado como dispositivo de desconexin del aparato y debe

ser de mnimo 2A, 230V~, o 400V~ segn sea la alimenta-cin que se utilice y situado cerca del aparato.Los cables sern del tipo H05VV-F 2x0,5mm2 o tipo H05V-K1x0,5mm2.

ADVERTENCIA: El uso del equipo no respetando las instruc-ciones del fabricante, puede alterar los requisitos de seguridaddel mismo.

INSTRUCTIONS

CONTROLLERThis must be installed in a location which is protected againstvibration, water and corrosive gases and where the environ-

mental temperature does not go outside the values given inthe technical specifications.

SENSORSThe sensors must be installed at the required depth levels. Ifthe common sensor is used connected to earth, then it must

be installed at a greater depth so that it is always covered bythe liquid. If the common sensor is not used, then the tankwall must be a conductor and connected to the units earthterminal.The sensor cables must never be installed in the same con-duit as power, control or power supply wiring.

CONNECTIONSee the diagrams on the specifications labels for the units,together with these instructions.The power supply cables should be suitable for the job andthe circuit should be protected with all necessary devices to

protect the installation against overloads as required in thebuilding installation.The breaker required to turn off the unit must be marked as

being the switching device for the unit and must be a mini-

mum of 2A, 230V~, or 400V~ depending on the powersupply voltage used and should be located close to the unit.The cables shall be of the type H05VV-F 2x0.5mm2 or typeH05V-K 1x0.5mm2.

WARNING: Using the unit without respecting the manufactu-rers instructions could lead to alterations in its safety requi-rements.

Front panel potentiometer for sensitivity regulation.

Operate by discrimination between the liquid resistanceexisting between two submerged sensors and that adjus-ted by the regulation sensitivity potentiometer.

Double-throw relay permitting the function of filling (tank)or draining (well).

Dual-voltage, can be powered at 230V or 400V.

Para la diferencia de profundidad entre las sondas de nivel mximo y las de nivel mnimo, deber tenerse en cuenta las capa-cidades del pozo y del depsito, junto con las frecuencias de funcionamiento deseadas en la bomba.
