Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) es la comunidad de

emprendedores en equipo que compartimos los mismo valores

Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) is comprised of a community

of multigenerational, multicultural, and multidisciplinary team

entrepreneurs who share the same values and methodologies

with respect to creating and growing entrepreneurial projects.

MTA was started with the aim of creating and reviving the spirit

of entrepreneurship as a team, recreating the Cooperative

Experience of Mondragon within different organizations to

achieve positive social impact.

In order accomplish our goal, we developed Disruptive

Innovation Programs:

1. Creating young agents of change and “team changemakers”.

2. Creating and supporting entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial

initiatives in organizations around the world.

3. Creating MTA world labs: ecosystems of social innovation

through team entrepreneurship.

LEINN IS FOR YOUNGSTERS LIKE YOU WHO…

LEINN is the first official European Degree in Leadership,

Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The degree was designed to train

current and future leaders, as well as new entrepreneurs, so they

can drive successful innovations.

LEINN applies the same methodology as in Team Academy, created

in 1992 by Johannes Partanen at the University of Applied Sciences

in Jyvaskyla (Finland).

LEINN’s learning-based program is based on acquiring skills within five key areas:

e) Entrepreneurship in team

You will begin the degree in the team with whom you

will spend the next four years. Together, you will create

your company, decide strategies and share learnings.

Your team coach will guide you through the learning

processes during your four years.

b) Finnish education model

Tiimiakatemia has been training team entrepreneurs

since 1992, in an internationally awarded method. You

will learn about leadership, creativity, team dialogue,

correctness, and community learning.

c) Real companies

You will create a new company with which you will

be able to bill out the projects you create, earning

real money. You will need to manage it with your team

throughout the four years. In this process you will

have our legal and fiscal experts around for support.

d) International experience

You and your company will take four different trips:

the first year in Europe, the second year in the USA,

and the third year in two emerging countries, such as

China or India.

These two are mandatory ingredients when working on

any kind of entrepreneurial project. You will learn to

manage passion and enthusiasm with your own team.
