    La retroalimentacin de los usuarios de las normas se utilizar para determinar si esnecesario desarrollar mdulos adicionales, o si se deberan revisar estos mdulospublicados.

    1) Introducc in

    Se ha tenido mucho cuidado durante el desarrollo de las Normas ISO 9001 e ISO 9004 para utilizarlas palabras y trminos en ingls correctos para describir sus conceptos y requisitos, para ayudar a sulectura y traduccin. El objetivo es utilizar terminus precisos tcnicamente y sencillos, y en la mayormedida possible, utilizar las definiciones communes del diccionario. Como sucede con la mayora delas materias tcnicas, hay algunos terminus que tienen un significado especfico diferencte de ladefinicin comn del diccionario; en tales casos, se proporciona la definicin tcnica apropiada enalguno de los siguientes documentos:
