Normas básicas de montaje de chimeneasBasic Chimney Assembly guidelines

Su chimenea estará correctamente montada si queda según la siguiente fi gura y se tienen en cuenta además los siguientes puntos:

● No exceder la distancia marcada entre

soportes y asegurarse de que la fi jación

de los mismos al edifi cio sea correcta.

● En cubiertas con inclinación < 20º la

chimenea debe subir por encima de la

cumbrera. (Ver fi g.1)

● En cubiertas con inclinación > 20º,

debe cumplirse uno de los supuestos

indicados en las fi guras 2 y 3.

● En cubiertas o tejados con obstáculos

debe cumplirse al menos una de las

condiciones señaladas en la fi gura 4.

● Cuando hay obstáculos exteriores al

edifi cio donde la chimenea va instalada,

debe elevarse la boca de descarga

según lo indicado en la fi g. 5.

● Si existen ventanas o aberturas en el

mismo tejado donde va montada la

chimenea, esta deberá elevarse un

metro por encima y además respetar las

distancias indicadas en la fi gura 6.

Your chimney will be correctly assembled if it matches the following diagram and the following instructions are taken into account:

■ Do not exceed the specifi ed distance

between supports and make sure the

supports are correctly fastened to the

building.

■ For roof pitches of < 20º, the chimney

must extend beyond the ridgepole (see

fi g.1)

■ For roof pitches of > 20º, one of the

conditions indicated in fi gures 2 and 3

must be fulfi lled.

■ On roofs with obstacles, at least one of

the conditions indicted in fi gure 4 must

be fulfi lled.

■ When there are obstacles external to the

building where the chimney is installed,

the spout must be raised as indicated in

fi g. 5.

■ If there are windows or openings in the

roof where the chimney is installed,

the chimney must be raised one metre

above them and the distances indicated

in fi gure 6 must also be observed.

¿Cómo proceder? How to proceed?En realidad es más sencillo de lo que en principio pueda parecer, basta fi jarse en la designación de la chimenea que va a adquirir y

comprobar que cumple los requerimientos que la norma UNE 123001 establece para el tipo de generador en el que se va a instalar.

It is actually easier than it may seem at fi rst. All you need to do is check the designation of the chimney you are going to buy and make

sure it meets the requirements that the UNE 123001 standard establishes for type of boiler it is going to be installed in.

¿Y cómo se puede saber qué requerimientos se exigen a la chimenea para la caldera que voy a instalar? And how do I know what requirements the chimney has to meet for the boiler I’m going to install? VERY EASYAyudándose de las páginas de esta tarifa, en las cuales indicamos:

- la designación de cada uno de los modelos de chimenea que presentamos.

- el tipo de generador para el que es adecuado,

- la ubicación correcta.

O bien, comprobando lo que exige la norma UNE 123001 para:

- el tipo de caldera que se va a instalar,

- el tipo de combustible que se va usar,

- el lugar donde se va a ubicar, se encuentra en la designación de la chimenea que va a instalar.

By referring to the pages of this price list, where we indicate:

¿Y qué es el marcado CE y la designación para chimeneas modulares? And what is the CE mark and designation for modular chimneys? Para obtener el certifi cado de marcado CE, (requisito indispensable para la comercialización e instalación de este producto) la norma

establece los mínimos de calidad que la chimenea debe tener, mediante unos ensayos que se realizan en un laboratorio autorizado.

Además de garantizar que la chimenea cumple los mínimos exigidos para obtener el marcado CE, los ensayos determinan las

características más importantes de las chimeneas cómo: nivel de estanqueidad, temperatura, resistencia a los condensados, etc. En la

designación de cada chimenea están detalladas sus características.

To obtain the CE mark certifi cate (essential requirement for the marketing and installation of this product), the standard establishes

certain minimum quality requirements that the chimney must fulfi l. To determine whether it meets these requirements, a series of

tests are carried out in an authorized laboratory. Besides guaranteeing that the chimney meets the minimum requirements to obtain

the CE mark, the tests determine the most important characteristics of the chimneys, such as: level of leaktightness, temperature,

condensate resistance, etc. The characteristics are

indicated in the designation of each chimney.

● TEMPERATURA: El número que aparece junto a la

T indica la temperatura máxima de utilización, y

ésta no debe ser inferior a la temperatura de los

humos en la salida de la caldera a la que va a dar

servicio.

● TEMPERATURE: The number that appears

next to the T indicates the maximum operating

temperature, which must not be lower than the

temperature of the fumes in the outlet of the

boiler to be served by the chimney.

● NIVEL DE ESTANQUEIDAD: Indica el nivel de estanqueidad de la chimenea y para qué tipo de generadores es adecuada según la

siguiente relación:

N1 Está indicada para generadores de tiro natural (depresión)

P1 y P2 Está indicada para funcionamiento en

presión positiva (sobrepresión) máxima de 200 Pa.

H1 y H2 Está indicado para funcionamiento en

presión positiva (sobrepresión) máxima de 5.000

Pa.

● LEVEL OF LEAKTIGHTNESS: Indicates the

chimney’s level of leaktightness and the type of

boiler it is suitable for according to the following:

N1 Suitable for natural-draft (depression) boilers

P1 and P2 Suitable for operating with a maximum

positive pressure (overpressure) of up to 200 Pa.

H1 and H2 Suitable for operating with a maximum

positive pressure (overpressure) of up to 5000 Pa.

● RESISTENCIA A LOS CONDENSADOS: W en la designación indica que la chimenea es resistente a los condensados y puede trabajar

en húmedo.

Si en la designación de la chimenea está la D no es resistente a los condensados y solo puede trabajar en seco.

● CONDENSATE RESISTANCE: W in the designation indicates that the chimney is condensate-resistant and can function in wet

conditions.

If D appears in the designation of the chimney, it is not condensate-resistant and can only function in dry conditions.

● RESISTENCIA A LA CORROSIÓN: Vm en la designación indica que la resistencia a la corrosión de esa chimenea no se ha ensayado

y por lo tanto se considera que es la del material utilizado para fabricar el tubo interior de la chimenea.

● CORROSION RESISTANCE: Vm in the designation indicates the chimney’s corrosion resistance has not been tested, and therefore the

corrosion resistance is considered to be that of the chimney’s inner tube.

● MATERIAL DEL TUBO INTERIOR: L seguida de dos dígitos indica la calidad del material.

L20 corresponde al inoxidable 304, adecuado para gasóleo o gas.

L50 corresponde al inoxidable 316L, adecuado para combustibles sólidos y calderas de condensación.

Los últimos tres dígitos indican el espesor de la pared del tubo interior. Cómo mínimo las chimeneas de CONVESA usan espesores:

para diámetros de 80 a 300 de 040 = 0.4 mm, de 350 a 600 de 050 = 0.5mm., de 650 o más de 060=0.6mm.

● INNER TUBE MATERIAL: L followed by the two digits indicates the quality of the material.

L20 corresponds to stainless steel 304, suitable for diesel oil or gas.

L50 corresponds to stainless steel 316, suitable for solid fuels or fuel oil.

The last three digits indicate the thickness of the inner tube wall, which must be at least 040 = 0.4 mm for diameters of 80 to

300, 050 = 0.5mm for diameters of 350 to 600, and 060 = 0.6 mm for diameters of 700 or more.

● RESISTENCIA AL FUEGO DE HOLLÍN: la G en la designación indica que esa chimenea ha superado el ensayo de fuego de hollín

y la O indica que no lo ha superado o que no se ha sometido a él. A continuación de la G o de la O debe estar indicada en milímetros

la distancia mínima a materiales combustibles adyacentes.

● BURNING SOOT RESISTANCE: G in the designation indicates that the chimney has passed the burning soot test. O indicates that it has

not passed this test or that it has not been subjected to it. Following G or O, the minimum distance to adjacent combustible materials.

se monten en exteriores.

Utilidades: Para calderas de tiro natural (presión negativa) o presión positiva hasta 200 Pa, que trabajen en seco y que utilicen

Condiciones generales de venta

El hecho de cursarnos un pedido supone el conocimiento y aceptación

por parte del cliente de las siguientes condiciones generales de venta.

PEDIDOSLos pedidos se consideran en fi rme una vez dados los plazos de entrega y

aceptado por ambas partes. Los plazos de entrega son para nosotros com-

promisos ineludibles que no podemos dejar de cumplir, salvo en caso de

fuerza mayor, como averías, falta de materias primas, etc. En tales casos no

se admitirá ningún tipo de responsabilidad por el incumplimiento de plazos.

PIEZAS ESPECIALES Y GARANTÍASCONVESA ofrece una garantía de 12 AÑOS para los productos de las

gamas identifi cadas en esta tarifa con el sello “GARANTIA 12 AÑOS”, a

partir de la fecha de compra, en las condiciones indicadas a continuación:

La garantía cubre la reparación o sustitución de las piezas o tramos daña-

dos, incluido el transporte de ida y vuelta hasta el domicilio del distribuidor

que realizó la venta.

La garantía no cubre los trabajos de montaje de la nueva chimenea re-

puesta, ni el desmontaje de la deteriorada.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea en la que se haya montado alguna pieza

que no sea de CONVESA, o que aún siéndolo no esté homologada como

pieza de chimenea modular.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea que no esté instalada correctamente se-

gún la normativa vigente y las especifi caciones particulares de las normas

de montaje de CONVESA.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea instalada en el exterior que no sea de

doble pared con aislamiento y la pared exterior de acero inoxidable.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea instalada en ambiente marino o conta-

minado que no tenga la pared exterior de acero inoxidable AISI 316 u otro

material de prestaciones superiores.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea de pared interior de acero inoxidable

AISI 304 instalada en: calderas de condensación o de baja temperatura,

generadores que utilizan combustibles sólidos o grupos electrógenos con

recuperador de calor.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea en la que no se cumplen los requisitos

indicados en su designación: temperatura máxima, tipo de presión, resis-

tencia a los condensados, resistencia a la corrosión, resistencia al fuego de

hollín o distancia mínima a materiales combustibles.

La garantía no cubre la chimenea cuyo dimensionado no cumpla con las

normas de cálculo de la sección vigentes.

La garantía sólo será válida si se presenta un certifi cado de CONVESA

donde se indique la fecha de compra de la chimenea, el modelo y la de-

signación de la misma, la descripción de la instalación, la dirección de su

ubicación y los datos del instalador.

La garantía no cubre aquellos defectos atribuibles a golpes, inundacio-

nes, aplastamientos, condiciones de trabajo inadecuadas, condiciones

extremas de medio ambiente o daños causados por desastres tales como

incendios, terremotos, guerras, actos terroristas, etc.

PRECIOSSe aplicarán los de la tarifa vigente netos, salvo en casos que se tengan es-

tablecidos unos descuentos o se establezcan para un pedido en concreto.

Los descuentos para ofertas especiales en una gama concreta, no son

aplicables para las piezas comunes con otras gamas.

PORTESESPAÑA EN LA PENINSULA:

Los portes serán pagados* para los pedidos superiores a 500 € netos

excepto en la gama Helicoidal, en este caso el pedido deberá superar los

3.000 netos de importe y que quepa en un camión de 6 metros.

RESTO DE ZONAS

(Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra y Portugal):

Los portes serán pagados* para los pedidos superiores a 1.000 € netos

excepto en la gama Helicoidal, en este caso el pedido deberá superar los

3.000 € netos de importe y que quepa en un camión de 6 metros.

*El importe del transporte nunca podrá superar el 10% del neto del pedido.

Esa parte restante correrá a cargo del cliente.

EMBALAJESegún se especifi que en el folleto o tarifa de cada producto, donde no se

indique nada se entiende que puede ir sin embalar.

CONDICIONES DE PAGOEl plazo para el pago será como máximo el que establece la Ley vigente.

Para las operaciones a crédito CONVESA realizará un previo estudio para

asignar una clasifi cación de riesgo.

IMPUESTOSSerán a cargo del comprador y se aplicarán de acuerdo con la legislación

vigente.

ANULACIÓN DE PEDIDOSDe los artículos que no tenemos stock y se fabrican bajo pedido no se

admitirá ninguna anulación ni modifi cación de pedidos ya fabricados o en

ejecución. Nos reservamos el derecho de exigir cantidades a cuenta de

los pedidos especiales cuando lo creamos oportuno.

DEVOLUCIONESLos productos no defectuosos se pueden devolver siempre que sean de

nuestro stock y que la devolución se efectúe en un plazo máximo de 15

días. A dichos productos se les haría un control de calidad similar al que

se les hace cuando salen de fábrica y sólo los que lo superen serán abo-

nados. Los que no lo superen quedarán en los almacenes de CONVESA

durante dos meses a disposición del cliente y pasado este plazo si no son

recogidos se tirarán a la chatarra. A los productos que sean abonados se

les aplicará una depreciación del 15% para cubrir gastos de transporte,

controles, movimientos, gestión, embalajes, etc.

Nuestros productos son sometidos a un riguroso control de calidad. Si a

pesar de ello se suministrara algún material defectuoso nos compromete-

mos exclusivamente a la reposición del mismo no admitiéndose cargo algu-

no por otros conceptos. Para proceder a la reposición será condición indis-

pensable que se nos comunique en el plazo máximo de una semana desde

su recepción y que nos sea devuelto el material objeto de la reclamación.

Placing an order with us implies the customer’s knowledge and acceptance of the following general conditions of sale.

ORDERSOrders are considered fi rm once the delivery periods have been given and accepted by both parties. Delivery periods are irrevo-cable commitments, except in the event of Force Majeure, such as breakdowns, lack of raw materials, etc. In such cases, we will accept no liability whatsoever for failing to comply with delivery periods.

SPECIAL PARTS AND WARRANTIESCONVESA takes no responsibility for installations which include special parts or which are installed incorrectly or for uses that re-quire a different designation to that of the chimney installed.

PRICESNet prices from the currently valid price list will be applied, except in cases where reduced prices are established or where discounts are established for a specifi c order. Discounts for special offers on parts in a specifi c range are not applicable to the same parts in other ranges.

PACKAGINGAs specifi ed in the brochure or price list of each product. If no packaging is specifi ed, this means that the product can be sent without packaging.

TERMS OF PAYMENTCash terms, unless agreed otherwise with the customer or for a specifi c order. In both cases, the terms must be communicated in writing.

ORDER CANCELLATIONFor out-of-stock items which are made to order, no cancellation or modifi cation of orders will be accepted if the ordered items have already been manufactured or are in process. We reserve the right to demand payments on account for special orders as and when we deem appropriate.

RETURNSNon-faulty products may be returned provided that they come from our stock and are returned within 3 months of receipt. These products will be subjected to a quality control process similar to the one they undergo before leaving the factory, and a refund will only be paid on those that pass this quality control. Those that do not pass will remain at the customer’s disposal in Convesa’s wa-rehouses for two months, and if they have not been collected by the time this period expires, they will be taken to the scrap dump. A maximum deduction of 15% will be applied to the products for which a refund has been paid, in order to cover expenses, con-trols, movements, management, packaging, etc.Our products are subjected to rigorous quality control. However, in the unlikely event of any faulty goods being supplied, we under-take only to replace them, no charge whatsoever being accepted on any other account. Faulty goods will only be replaced if the customer requests their replacement within one week of receipt and returns the goods in question
