2. MÉTODOS DE EVALUACIÓN

1. EXAMEN OFICIAL DE LA ASIGNATURA + DICTAMEN JURÍD ICO

a) Realización de un dictamen o informe ejecutivo acerca de la relación entre la

Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia y la Unión Europea y su plasmación en una futura reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía, alrededor de alguno de los siguientes aspectos:

a. Participación de la CARM en las diferentes instancias gubernamentales de la UE.

b. Participación en la fase ascendente de la normativa y políticas comunitarias.

c. Participación en la fase descendente de aplicación del Derecho comunitario.

d. Obtención de fondos estructurales comunitarios. La extensión del dictamen será entre 5 y 10 páginas. Se calificará sobre 10 puntos. Corresponderá al 20% de la nota final. El dictamen deberá entregarse como plazo máximo el 13 de enero de 2011 .

b) Asistencia y participación en clase. Corresponderá al 10% de la nota final. c) Realización de un examen presencial. El examen consistirá en el desarrollo

de varias preguntas breves a responder en espacio tasado y limitado para la respuesta y el desarrollo de un tema. Tendrá un valor del 70% de la nota final.
