Resumen

La función de Misión y Visión son algo muy distinto pero ambas con un mismo

propósito, Misión se refiere al propósito con la que fue creada la empresa y sirve

como inspiración y motivación, por lo tanto, Visión consiste en analizar sobre la

dirección que debe tomar la empresa para tener éxito y como quiere la empresa

que el cliente los reconozca, el responsable de llevar a cabo esto es el fundador o

dueño de la empresa. Es de vital importancia para la empresa ya que guían u

orientan las decisiones, acciones de todos los miembros de una empresa para

conformar su estrategia empresarial.

The function of mission and vision are quite different but both with the same

purpose, mission refers to the purpose for which it was created the company and

serves as inspiration and motivation. Therefore Vision is to analyze about the

direction the company should take to succeed as the company wants the client to

recognize, responsible for accomplishing this is the founder and owner of the

company. It is of vital importance to the company as lead or guides the decisions,

actions of all members of a company to shape its business strategy.
