Documentsrequired:▪ Personal data (name, surname, date of birth, identity card (scan), address, zip code, county, province, country, telephone, mobile and e-mail). (In case you participate as a group, include data of the representative). ▪ Short-art CV that does not exceed one page. ▪ Graphic documentation of the art piece:

□ Pictures of the art work: no more than 10 pictures in low quality. These pictures will be sent by email and will be considered in the selection process. □ On line material: personal web page, pdf document, video, etc. Indicate clearly which piece or pieces are the ones to be considered to participate in the competi-tion.□ One picture in high quality: with a quality of 300 dpi and with a size of 25 cm long side in. Tiff to be used in the publication of the catalog if selected.

▪ Report explaining the work sheet and report to assembly instructions if necessary. 2. The organization will contact only those participants selected for the exhibition notifying them that they can proceed with sending the works on time and place set out in section 3. 3.Deliveryandremovaloftheselectedworks:worksmustbedeliveredinpersonorbymail(regular or courier) from 1 to September 5, 2010 (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 14:00) in the direction of the showroom: Exhibition Hall Rey Chico, Paseo de los Tristes, s / n - Granada (Spain).

Oncetheexposurehasfinished,thenon-winningworkswillbewithdrawnedbytheauthorsofthe exhibition hall from 25 to 30 September 2010 (will be mandatory to submit the receipt for the withdrawal of the sample). Failure to withdraw by the deadline, the works will be returned freight collect by the same procedure for receiving, but the organization will not be made liable in any event of the possible impairment.

BASES DEL I I CONCURSO INTERNACIONAL DE RECICLAR CON ARTE PARTICIPANTES Y OBRAS

1. La participación en esta convocatoria está abierta a todos los artistas mayores de edad que presenten obras propias, individualmente o en grupo, inéditas y no expuestas ni premia-das en ningún otro certamen, de cualquier modalidad de las denominadas Artes Visuales.2. Las obras tendrán que ser construidas como mínimo en un 60% con materiales de de-secho.DelEcoparqueNorte delAyuntamientodeGranada se pondránobtener aquellosmateriales que se puedan necesitar para la elaboración de las obras, siempre que no tengan la consideración de peligrosos y que estén disponibles.3. La temática, los materiales y la técnica a emplear por cada autor serán libres.4. El tamaño de las obras no excederá de 2 metros en cualquiera de sus dimensiones, presentándose éstas preparadas para su exposición. No se admitirán materiales orgánicos rápidamente degradables.5. El máximo de obras a presentar será de dos por autor.6. Las entidades convocantes del premio cuidarán la integridad de las obras, aunque no responderán de pérdidas, roturas, robos, daños o desperfectos de las mismas.

INSCRIPCION Y CONDICIONES DE PRESENTACION 1. Inscripción: La documentación solicitada se enviará on-line a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico: “[email protected]” desde la publicación de las Bases hasta el 15 de Junio de 2010.

Documentaciónaaportar:▪Datospersonalesdelparticipante(nombre,apellidos,fechadenacimiento,DNI(escaneado),dirección, código postal, municipio, provincia, país, teléfono, móvil y e-mail). (En caso de participar como grupo, incluir los datos del representante del mismo).▪Breve currículum artístico que no excederá de una página.▪Documentacióngráficadelaobrapresentadaaconcurso:

□Fotografías de la obra: un número no mayor de 10 en baja calidad que será utili-zada para el proceso de selección □Enlaces a sitios web, documentos pdf, vídeos u otro material revisable on-line indicando con exactitud la obra que se presenta al concurso. □Una sola fotografía con alta calidad: calidad 300 ppp y tamaño 25 cm en su lado mayor, formato .tiff preferentemente. Esta foto será utilizada para el catálogo si la obra es seleccionada.

▪Memoriaexplicativadelaobraincluyendofichatécnicadelamismaeinformeconinstruc-ciones de montaje en caso de que sea necesario.2.-La organización se pondrá en contacto únicamente con los participantes seleccionados para laexposiciónnotificándolesquepuedenprocederalenvíodelasobrasenlosplazosylugarestablecidos en el punto 3.3.-Entrega y retirada de obras seleccionadas: las obras deberán ser entregadas en persona o mediante correo (ordinario o mensajería) del 1 al 5 de Septiembre de 2010 (de lunes a viernes de 9:00 h. a 14:00 h.) en la dirección de la sala de exposiciones: Sala de exposiciones del Rey Chico, Paseo de los Tristes, s/n – Granada (España).

Una vez concluida la exposición, las obras no premiadas deberán ser retiradas por sus autores de la sala de exposiciones del 25 al 30 de Septiembre de 2010, (será preceptivo presentar el resguardo para la retirada de las mismas). En caso de no ser retiradas en el plazo establecido, las obras serán devueltas a portes debidos a través de una empresa de mensajería, no haciéndose responsable la organización, en ningún caso, de posibles deterioros.

PREMIOS Y FALLO DEL JURADO

1. Un jurado constituido por personas de reconocido prestigio de la Facultad de Bellas ArtesydelAyuntamientodeGranada,seleccionarálasobrasganadorasylasfinalistasqueparticiparán en la exposición en base a su originalidad y calidad artística.2. El fallo del jurado, que será público e inapelable, se comunicará únicamente a los autores de las obras premiadas mediante correo electrónico, publicándose además en la página web de la Facultad de Bellas Artes y del Ayuntamiento de Granada. El Jurado podrá declarar total o parcialmente desiertos los premios.3. Con las obras premiadas y seleccionadas se inaugurará una exposición que permanecerá abierta del 10 al 24 de Septiembre en la Sala de exposiciones del Rey Chico, Paseo de los Tristes,s/n–Granada(España).Durantelainauguracióneldía10deseptiembreseharáentrega de los premios. Ningún participante percibirá por su participación en la exposición y asistencia al acto inaugural cantidad alguna en concepto de honorarios. 4. Los premios estarán dotados con: ▪Premio Ayuntamiento: 1.200€

▪Premio Universidad: 1.200€

5. Las obras premiadas pasarán a ser propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Granada y la Univer-sidad de Granada integrando sus colecciones.6. La Participación en este concurso supone la plena aceptación de las presentes bases y la conformidad con las decisiones del jurado además de la autorización a la organización del concurso de los derechos para la publicación, reproducción y/o distribución total o parcial de las obras presentadas al premio.

II _I NTERNATIONAL_ COMPETITION _ RECYCLING _ WITH _ ARTCALL_ FOR_ PROPOSALS

PARTICIPANTS AND WORKS

1. Participation in this call is open to all adult artists to submit works of their own, indivi-dually or in groups, unpublished and not exhibited or awarded in any other competition, in any form of so-called Visual Arts. 2. The works will be constructed of at least 60% of waste materials. From the North Eco-parque of Town Hall of Granada there can be obtained those materials that may be required fortheproductionofworks,unlesstheyareclassifiedashazardousandifthereareavai-lable. 3. The theme, the material and technique employed by each author will be free. 4. The size of works should not exceed 2 meters in any of its dimensions, presenting them prepared for exhibition. There will not be allowed any rapidly degradable organic mate-rials. 5. The maximum number of works to present shall be two per author. 6. The entitate incharge will take care of the integrity of the works, though will not be made responsable for any loss, breakage, theft, damage, or defects to them.

REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION 1. Enrollment: The requested documentation will be sent on-line at the following email: "[email protected]" since the publication of the bases until 15 June 2010.

JURY AWARDS AND FAILURE

1. A jury composed of persons of recognized standing in the Faculty of Fine Arts and the CityofGranada,willselect thewinningentriesandfinalistswichwillparticipateintheexhibition based on their originality and artistic quality. 2. The jury, which will be public and without appeal, will be supplied only to the authors of the winning works by email, also published on the website of the Faculty of Fine Arts and of the City Hall of Granada. The Jury may declare all or part deserts prizes. 3. With the award-winning and selected works will open an exhibition which will run from 10 to 24 September in the Exhibition Hall Rey Chico, Paseo de los Tristes, s / n - Granada (Spain).Duringtheopeningonthe10thofSeptemberwillreceivetheirawards.Noparti-cipant will receive for participating in the exhibition and attending the opening ceremony any amount in respect of fees. 4. The awards shall be equipped with: ▪ City-Prize: 1.200€

▪University Award: 1.200€

5. The awarded works will become property of the City of Granada and the University of Granada integrating their libraries. 6. The participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules and com-pliance with decisions of the jury in addition to the authorization to the organization of the competition for the rights to the publication, reproduction and / or total or partial distribu-tion of works submitted for the award.
