Dada la alta afluencia de clientes en estas fechas, le informamos para su comodidad y para poder ofrecerles nuestro mejor servicio, que los horarios punta en nuestro Restaurante Buff et Los Arcos son de 09:30 a 10:00h. en el desayuno y de 19:00 a 20:00h. en la cena.

Para las cenas de Gala de 25 de Diciembre y de Fin de Año, rogamos que todos los clientes hagan sus reservas para los restaurantes en la mesa de Relaciones Públicas, situada al lado de la Recepción. (ext. 0) a partir del 20 de Diciembre 2017 en el horario de 10:30 a 15:00h. Las reservas se efectúan para el restaurante a la carta igual que para el restaurante buff et Los Arcos.

Se aconseja para la Cena de Gala de Fin de año siguiente vestimenta:- Caballeros: Traje oscuro con corbata o esmoquin.- Señoras: Traje de Gala.

ENTRETENIMIENTOMINICLUB YAMBALANDAbre todos los días de 10:00 a 13:00h. y por la tarde de 15:00 a 17:30h. Estamos cerca de las instalaciones depor-tivas y parque infantil. Los niños entre 4 y 12 años podrán participar en actividades que Alex, Geni, Daniel, Anna María y nuestra mascota Yamba han preparado para ellos. Juegos, fiestas, deporte, concursos y mucho más!

MAXI CLUB YAMBALANDProgramas de Deportes y Entretenimiento para teenagers entre 8 y 15 años. Consulten nuestro programa con el animador Dailos.

SHERATON FITNESSDeporte y Entretenimiento para los adultos a partir de 16 años. Consulte nuestro programa con la animadora Chiara.

Además os esperamos a las 18:00h. en el SALÓN TENERIFE para bailar en la Minidisco seguida de una ac-tuación musical o un espectáculo a partir de 18:45h. Después del espectáculo todo el mundo a disfrutar de la Película (60 min. max.) o un peliculón (90 min. max.) en el MINI CINEMA. Consulten nuestro programa con el equipo de Animación. Recuerden que los niños deben venir acompañados por un adulto.

In order to off er you the best service and for your own comfort, we would like to inform you that during these dates the hotel runs at its full occupancy and thus the peak times at the Buff et Restaurant Los Arcos are usually from 09.30 to 10.00 in the morning and from 07.00 to 08.00 during the dinner.

We kindly ask all guest to make their bookings for the Gala dinners of 25th and 31st December at both buff et and à la carte restaurants. You may do so from the 20th December at the Public Relations’ Desk located next to the Front Desk (extension 0) from 10.30 am to 03.00 pm.

We are awaiting Santa Claus’s visit on the 25th December and also the Three Kings are planning to stop by on the 5th January. They have Christmas presents for all the children. So do not forget to pick them up!
