The figures in the report for the current quarter are based partly on estimates; further updates are possible after final figures are received.

The IIP reports are generally prepared according to guidelines from the International Monetary Fund as they appear inthe Balance of Payment Manual 5 (BPM5). Due to an absence of data, there are a number of exceptions to the IMF

guidelines. Principal among them are:calculated as the total of transactions reported by the banking system, while according to the IMF guidelines, they

should be calculated according to market value or book value.

The balances on the assets side and on the liabilities side do not include real estate held directly (not through acompany).

nves men s n non- ra a e company s ares are c ass e as rec nves men s , w e accor ng o eIMF guidelines, investments that do not exceed 10 percent should be classified as other investments.
