Ante esta situación, los Del Monte se enfrentarán a ella ya que no están dispuestos a compartir lo que les ha tomado años construir y menos, de la noche a la mañana, con una desconocida. Sin embargo, nada pueden hacer ya que su padre, Emilio, ha dejado constancia en una grabación de video, que su deseo es que cedan y la acepten como una hermana más.

Lo que nunca imaginó Paula fue que encontraría el amor donde menos lo esperaba. En medio de sus planes de venganza y justicia, le será inevitable resistirse a la fuerte atracción que siente por Juan….y que además, es correspondida.

No logrará controlar sus sentimientos ni sus emociones, y a partir de ese momento tendrá otro objetivo: quedarse en la hacienda para conseguir el amor de Juan.

Entretanto, Julieta, la prometida de Juan se enfrenta a otro problema: durante una corta ruptura con éste, tuvo un affaire con su hermano Pedro y cuando Juan se entera se siente traicionado y decide romper la relación…dejando así el camino libre a Paula.

Paula never imagined that she would find love in the middle of her plans for revenge and justice. She will not be able to resist the strong attraction she feels for her adopted brother Juan, who feels the same way about her.
