WP1: - Engage with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify needs and issues as a basis for improved services/instruments

- Enhance know-how on the mechanisms behind successful innovation and make available to practitioners and policy makers

WP2: - Test in practice new actions to introduce/improve the opportunity/service for SMEs from the construction sector to engage in innovative activity.

WP3: - Provide opportunity for information exchange, meeting and interaction among partners and stakeholders across different states and sectors.
