Serveis auxiliars a Son Llebre A la nova residència gestionada pel Consorci APROP on s’atenen a 45 usuaris amb discapa-citat intelectual greu, amadip.esment pro-porciona els serveis de neteja, jardineria, bugaderia i menjador. Aquestes tasques do-nen feina a 16 perso-nes amb discapacitat.

Nou horari i nova oferta al cafè botiga de PalmanovaA partir de setembre, obrim de dilluns a diumenge per berenar i dinar amb cuina oberta fins a les 16.30 h. A més, els divendres i dissab-tes obrim els vespres amb cuina ininterrompuda fins a les 23.00. Nova carta, més tapes i plats de temporada. Mantenim la guarderia gra-tuïta els dissabtes i diumen-ges de 13.00 a 18.00 h.

Más de 70 personas disfrutan de sus va-caciones con el servicio de ocio Este año durante los meses de julio y agosto, hemos realizado diferentes actividades para que todas las personas con discapacidad intelec-tual pudieran descansar, compartir su tiempo libre con los amigos y hacer las cosas que más les apetecían. Han participado tanto en actividades organizadas por el servicio como por la comunidad.

Manteniment de Parcs naturals Espai Natura, de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Mobilitat ens han contractat per realitzar tasques de manteniment fo-restal al Parc Natural de Tramuntana i a S’Albufereta d’Alcúdia. Ho feim mitjançant el Programa de Con-servació d’Espais Naturals i Reinserció Social, fi-nançat per l’Obra Social de La Caixa. Hi faran feina fins a 8 operaris d’amadip.esment, en dues brigades, fins final d’aquest any.

La impremta elabora agendes es-colars Segurament en tendreu una per casa i no ho sabeu. Des d’Impremta i Manipulats hem imprès aquest article que facilita l’organització de les tasques de professors i alumnes. Amb les agen-des començaran aquest nou curs esco-lar 2010/2011 més de 40 escoles i més de 15.000 alumnes.

Agua reciclada para nues-tros servicios Desde hace dos años disponemos de un innova-dor sistema de depuración de aguas residuales que ha supe-rado nuestras expectativas en cuanto a su eficiencia y funcio-namiento. Por ello, a partir de septiembre la casi totalidad de los baños de la finca Weyler es-tán usando el agua proveniente de la laguna de depuración. Es un paso más en la gestión de un recurso valioso y escaso.

Mobles “made in amadip.esment”Des de fa uns anys el servei de mante-niment es va llençar a fabricar part del nostre mobiliari. Tot va començar amb unes senzilles taules de taller i hem anant ampliant el nostre catàleg amb peces que estan present als nostres locals comer-cials, habitatges e instal·lacions. Taules auxiliars, d’oficina, mobles per a restaura-ció, prestatgeries, són alguns dels exem-ples de més èxit.

Aprenent a fer enfilalls de pebres Del 7 a l’11 de setembre 20 persones del servei d’agricultura van participar com a voluntaris en l’enfilat d’una tona i mitja de pebres de tap de cortí, amb la finalitat d’entapissar d’enfilalls la faça-na de Son Boter. Organitzada per Slow Food i la Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró aquesta activitat forma part de la Cam-panya de Recuperació del Pebre Bord de Tap de Cortí.

Continúan los intercambios con AMPANS Una delegación de 12 trabajado-res de esta organización manresana nos ha visitado este septiembre con el objetivo de compartir, durante dos días, conocimientos y métodos de trabajo en las actividades de Informática, Recursos humanos, Medio-ambiente, Imprenta, Jardinería, Limpieza y Restauración. Este encuentro es una muestra más de la estrecha relación que une ambas entidades y que nos está permitiendo apren-der y mejorar como organizaciones.

“Projecte autor” de taller artesanals L’activitat d’artesanals del servei ocupacional ha posat en marxa unes sèries d’articles artesanals que, pel seu disseny, porten el segell inconfusible del seu autor, diferenciant-los de la resta. L’èxit d’alguns d’aquests autors ha fet que estiguin molt sol·licitats. És una iniciativa que millora l’autoestima i posa en valor la feina de les persones.

Auxiliary Services at Son Llebre At the new residence ma-naged by the APROP Consortium, which is attended by 45 users with serious mental disability, amadip.esment provides cleaning, gardening, laundry and dining ser-vices. These services provide employment for 16 disabled people.

New opening hours and menu for the Palmanova coffee shopFrom September onwards, we will open from Monday to Sun-day to offer breakfast and lunch; the kitchen remaining open until 16.30. Moreover, on Friday and Saturday evenings our kitchen will be opened continuously until 23.00. There will be a new menu, plus new tapas and seasonal specials. The nursery will remain free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays from 13.00 to 18.00.

More than 70 people enjoy their holidays thanks to the leisure service During the months of July and August, we have been run-ning different activities for all those suffering from mental disability so that they could unwind and spend their free time in the company of friends and do whatever activity they wanted. The parti-cipants took part both in activities organized by the leisure service and by the local community.

Maintenance of National Parks Espai Natura, which forms part of the Department of the Environment and Mobility have hired us for the purpose of carrying out forestry maintenance in the Natural Park of Tramuntana and S’Albufereta d’Alcúdia. We are lending our servi-ces thanks to the Conservation Programme of Natural Spaces and Social Outplacement, funded by the Social Project department of La Caixa. Up to 8 employees from amadip.esment will lend their services, forming two work brigades until the end of the year.

The printing service makes school diaries You probably have one at home and don’t even realise it! The Printing Service has printed and produced this school diary which helps both teacher and pupil organise school tasks. The school diaries are for the academic year star-ting 2010/2011, embracing more than 40 schools and more than 15,000 pupils.

Recycled water for our ser-vices For the last two years, we have had an innovative recycling system for waste water which has surpassed all of our expec-tations in terms of its efficiency and functioning. For that reason, from September onwards vir-tually all of the bathrooms in the Weyler building will use water from the purification tank. This is yet another step forward in the management of such a scarce and valuable resource.

Furniture “made in amadip.esment”Some years ago, the maintenance servi-ce launched the idea of making its own furniture. It all started with some simple work benches and their catalogue has now grown to include pieces which can be found throughout out our commercial premises, housing and other buildings. Side tables, office desks, work and tool benches, shelf units, these are just some of our more successful pieces.

Learning to string peppers From 7th to 11th September, 20 people from the agriculture service took part as volun-teers in the stringing of one and a half tonnes of Mallorcan red peppers, with the aim of covering the façade of Son Boter with strings of peppers. The ac-tivity was organised by the Slow Food foundation and the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró and forms part of the Campaign to Save the typical Mallorcan red pepper known as “Tap de Cortí”.

The exchange programmes with AM-PANS continue A delegation of 12 workers from this Manresa-based organisation came to visit us for two days in September with the objective of sharing their IT, HH.RR, environmental, printing, gardening, cleaning and restoration know-how and working me-thods. This meeting is just another example of the close relationship between the two entities and shows how this is enabling both organisations to learn and improve.

The “Projecte autor” of handicraft workshops The handicraft activity run by the occupational em-ployment service has created a series of handcrafted designs, each bearing the unmistakeable stamp of their designer and thereby differentiating them from the rest. The success of these designers has made the creations extremely sought after. This is an initiative designed to promote the improvement of self-esteem and aims to place emphasis on the valuable work carried out.
