BETHESDA
• ATIPIAS :Este término se emplea exclusivamente cuando los hallazgos citológicos son de importancia indeterminada.
o ASCUS: Atipias epiteliales de significado indeterminado o ASGUS: (Atipias glandulares de significado indeterminado)
Cambios citológicos relacionados con exposición a Radio –Quimioterapia.
• LESIONES INTRAEPITELIALES ESCAMOSAS. o LESIÓN ESCAMOSA INTRAEPITELIAL DE BAJO GRADOo LESIÓN ESCAMOSA INTRAEPITELIAL DE ALTO GRADO

LIEBG: Lesión intraepitelial de bajo grado
Compromete un 1/3 del epitelio. Se les llama: Displasia Leve (NIC
I). El 60-70% de lesiones regresionan espontáneamente. Es frecuente en mujeres entre 20-
30 años

LIEAG: Lesión intraepitelial de alto grado.
Compromete los 2/3 o la totalidad del epitelio.
El 70-80% evolucionan a lesiones invasoras.
Se les llama: Displasias (moderada, severa),
NIC (II-III)
Es frecuente en mujeres entre los 30-40 años
