Este es un plano con el que unir dos edificios públicos mediante una construcción tipo puente, edificios que habían sido separados por la construcción de una carretera. El museo técnicamente une comunicaciones en este punto. Funciona no sólo como pasaje entre dos edificios sino como estancia y taller, una localización ideal para una residencia de artistas. En este proyecto, nos enfrentamos al desafío de un sistema estructural que se compone de pequeños elementos, referencian-do una estructura en voladizo a menudo utilizada en la arquitectura tradicional en China y Japón. Es un gran ejemplo de un diseño sostenible, ya que se puede conseguir un gran voladizo incluso sin materiales de grandes dimensiones.
