     My interview with Miss. Rose.

I interviewed Miss Rose, my ballet teacher. She started ballet when she was 12 years old, and

she has studied ballet in the “National System for Professional eachin! of "ance of #ellas

$rtes% that now is called &N$ and was also !iven a scholarshi' to study ballet in St.

Petersbur!, Russia. She danced in the “&om'a()a Nacional de "an*a &l+sica de #ellas $rtes%

for 1 years and then she danced in the “aller &oreo!r+fico% of -N$M for 1 years.

/er best e0'erience, when she was a 'rofessional ballerina, was when forei!n choreo!ra'hers

came and showed them different choreo!ra'hic styles. She wanted to start teachin! at the end

of her career, 1 years a!o, when she reali*ed that new youn! ballerinas needed hel' with their

ste's. he thin! that motivates her to be a ballet teacher is that she can hel' little !irls to learn

and save them time learnin! the ste's 'erfectly. hat was somethin! that she didnt have when

    she was learnin!, she said.

hen I as3ed her what she li3es about !ivin! ballet classes she said that she li3es learnin!

about her students, their ideas, the way they answer but what she li3es most about teachin! is

learnin!. hat she didnt li3e about bein! a ballerina are the tours around the world and the

time s'ent away from home, the 'rice that she 'aid for the 'hysical effort, because when you

are in4ured and you still have to dance you 'ay a bi! 'rice later on li3e she did. hat she li3es

about bein! a ballerina is dancin! on the sta!e and teachin!, so that others dance instead of

her, because she cant dance any more.

hen I as3ed her about the characteristics you need to be a 'erfect ballerina she answered

that 'erfection doesn5t e0ist. She recommended that a !ood ballerina needs to be always

!rowin!. 6ou have to train every day, to be better every day. 6ou have to listen, to 3now how

to listen to su!!estions, to se'arate the !ood from the bad, to ma3e the most of 'eo'le, and

every day to wor3 more and more.

     My interview with Patricia

I interviewed Patricia my mum and teacher. She learned about homeschool 27 years a!o, when

an $merican friend told her that her dau!hter was attendin! colle!e at the a!e of si0teen. She

told her that she had never sent her to school and that she had tau!ht her all the way till

colle!e. Ne0t my mum went to a homeschool convention in Minnesota and afterwards she

decided to 'ull my brothers out of school and start studyin! at home. Most of the family didnt

a!ree with the idea. In !eneral it was easy because she bou!ht several curriculums for my

     brothers and she felt !uided.

She has been teachin! us for 27 years. She started with my older brothers, who are now

married, and then with my sister and I. She li3es, very much, to teach, 'articularly /istory.

My mum homeschools for many reasons. 8irst, because we s'end more time with her.

Secondly, because we have dee'ened our relationshi', and finally, because it is a one to one

teachin! environment which leads to a 9uic3er and more 'rofound way of learnin!. She li3es

homeschoolin! most of the time, althou!h sometimes, it is time consumin!.

Interestin!ly, she does not recommend homeschoolin! for others because it5s a very 'ersonal

decision. It re9uires a very stron! commitment and it de'ends on the familys needs.

here are many, many families doin! homeschool, mostly &hristian families.
