Hurricane Relief—How can you help! Here’s how you can help! Please continue to prayer for the families

affected by this storm. You can support the relief efforts by donating online at umcor.org or by writing a check payable to "WPUMC" with "UMCOR" in the memo line and/or by collecting the items below for flood buckets. We will accept items through October 7. WPUMC will be providing the buckets if you can help with the supplies. Most of these items can be purchased at the Dollar General, however, please get the specific items on the list only. They will only accept the correct size.

Cleaning Kit Supplies One 32-64 oz. bottle liquid laundry detergent One 16-40 oz. bottle liquid concentrate household cleaner

(No spray cleaners) One 16-34 oz. bottle dish soap One 4-8 oz. pump spray air freshener (or three solid or gel fresheners) One 6-14 oz. pump spray insect repellent (or pack of 10-20 wipes)

Pump spray bottles must have protective covers One scrub brush (With/without handle) 18 reuseable cleaning wipes (No terrycloth, microfiber or paper

towels) Remove from packaging Five scouring pads sponges (No stainless steel pads with soap in them)

Celebration Congratulations to Matt and Amanda Edwards on the birth of their daughter, Leigh Caroline Edwards, born September 16. Leigh Caroline is the granddaughter of Mark and Melissa Edwards.
