Rotybomb is constantly applying new data sets and information to arguments in desperate need of empiricism. Its comfort with the mathematical models and statistical wizardry make most journalists blanch and is married to an easy writing style and a pop-culture sensibility.

Unfortunately, more and more of the content on Business Insider is basically plucked from elsewhere without a lot of original analysis or reporting. But Business Insider does a good job of picking its stories.

Dezeen is a new site and its news feature include everything about the art of decoration and design, and aspiring architects can find lucrative gigs in the job section. Also, it ties two art forms together by analyzing the various architectural wonders created or featured in motion pictures.

MY FINDINGS

• This section of the homework showed me how vast is the web concerning blogs. From high tech to miscellaneous entertainment bloggers, from movies to art and from music to cake recipes, it is impossible not to find a way to do something or at least a professional opinion on any subject.

My blog

Doing my blog I realized that making blogs is very useful for people who have something to say to the world and they express the way they want because in other way they won’t do it. Besides, it gives the advantage to upload any image they want and to receive comments on their contents.

Google Docs

• GD is an online office suite comprised of a spreadsheet application, a word processor, and a presentation application.

Main utility:• The documents, spreadsheet, and presentations can be created in the

Web application or imported from other tools. Also, your documents keep safe in your google account.

• One of my findings is that Google docs is a collaboration tool that allows users to create group Websites and share team information which is very important today specially in companies when more than one person manages the same information at the same time and all information that has to be constantly updated.

Also, with LinkedIn I have found that it can reach a huge amount of people to get many job opportunities, of course if you are an active and proactive person who is constantly updating and sharing information.

• In my previous experience using LinkedIn I have found that it is a very helpful and useful page to connect with professionals around the world and to get to know a little more about the professional market in these days. Also, it can help you to get job opportunities in the fields you feel more comfortable in just with one click. As an employer it can help a lot to recruit new talents for a company and that way you can save a lot of money and time.
