La corrida de toros

El paseílloA la horaexacta, se escucha los clarines y empieza unaprocesión de los toreros y sus cuadrillas.

Primer tercioEl subalterno (ayundante principal del matador) lancea el toro con el capote (fuscia / amarillo) mientras el matador observa las características del toro

El picador (en el primer tercio)Al sonido del clarín, los picadores (montados en caballos) entran y usan las picas para debilitar el toro

Segundo tercioAl escuchar el clarín, los banderilleros entrana la plaza. Cada unoataca dos veces al toro, tratando de penetrar los músculos del cuello con las banderillas. El propósito es exaltar el temperamento del animal y debilitarlomás.

Tercer tercioEl matador entra. Le ofrece un brindis (greeting) al presidente.

El matadorAhora, el matador usa la muleta(la capa roja y pequeña) parahacer una serie de movimientoscon el toro. Parece un tipo de baile.

El estoque finalCuando recibe el permiso, el matador usael estoque (espadaespecial) para matar al toro.

El traje de lucesEs el uniforme oficial del torero. Son hechos a mano con mucho detalle.

Los premiosEl presidente de la plaza pideque la gente muestre susopiniones con los pañuelos. Según su entusiasmo (y el juicio del presidente, él otorgadiferentes premios:

También hay castigos si no cumple con la faena dentro de un periodo específico.
