Para conocer los problemas fronterizos, territoriales y legales que debería afrontar un individuo para convertirse en
neonómada, más concretamente en Perpetual Traveler, se ha realizado un Proyecto de Ejecución de un caso concreto,
en el que se proyecta la vida de una persona (yo mismo), con el objetivo de repartir su vida en cinco territorios
diferentes, logrando una mayor independencia del sistema Estado.
El Perpetual Traveler es una filosofía y un estilo de vida que defiende la libertad para escapar de la creciente represión
y la injerencia de los grandes gobiernos. Los Perpetual Travelers pueden tener una verdadera libertad en un mundo no
libre. Su esencia radica en saber cuidar de ellos mismos. Y también en resistirse a que las autoridades oficiales
dominen cada aspecto de su existencia desde la cuna hasta la tumba.
Para ello el Perpetual Traveler organiza su vida y sus ‘papeles’ de tal manera que todos los gobiernos lo consideran una persona que está de paso, o que está en otro sitio, aprovechando algunos vacíos en el sistema que le permiten
hacer cada cosa donde sea legal hacerla. Con tantos países en el mundo, con diferentes culturas y sistemas jurídicos,
no hay necesidad de quebrantar la ley, sino de convertir lo ilegal en alegal.

The Perpetual Traveler is a philosophy and lifestyle that defends the freedom to escape the growing repression and big
government interference. The Perpetual Travelers can have a real freedom in a free world. Its essence lies in knowing
how to take care of themselves. And in resisting official authorities dominate every aspect of their existence from the
cradle to the grave.
For this the Perpetual Traveler organize their lives and their 'roles' in a way that all governments consider him a person
who is the way, or that is in another room, taking advantage of some gaps in the system that allow you to do every thing
which is make it legal. With so many countries in the world, with different cultures and legal systems, there is no need to
break the law, but of making it illegal in lawless.
