The Hispanic community here at IHM would like to invite you to their end of Holiday gathering, better known as a “Posada”. A time of gathering, delicious food, music and fun for all ages. It will be held on, Sunday, December 23rd, at 7:00 p.m. in the school gym. All are welcome! At this time they are also asking for your help. It will be great if all can bring a dish to share. Our Spanish volunteers will be in the vestibule of church after 10:30 a.m. mass this Sunday with a sign up sheet for people interested in donating that night. Any questions, please call the rec-tory. We hope you are able to join us!

Religious Education News and Upcoming Events

Parent, Student, & Catechist Conferences: On December 22nd, we’d like for you and your child(ren) to attend conferences with the catechists. The students will be given the time at which you should arrive with them for their conferences. Please come a few minutes early, so that your ready at the classroom at your assigned time. Family Christmas Party after Conferences: At about 11:00 a.m., we’d like to have a Christmas, potluck luncheon. Please bring a dish to share either at 11:00 a.m., or when you have your conferences, and we’ll keep the food warm in the kitchen. Please join us.

Confirmation Candidate & Sponsor Meeting: Last week, our Confirmation Candidates needed to attend a meeting with their sponsors. If your child is scheduled to get confirmed this year, and you missed this meeting, please contact Daniel. We’ll need to set up a meeting between your child, his/her sponsor, and me.
