Información general

I - HGTA - 630 / H 2 - 1300

Ventilador axial especialmente diseñado para extraer o inyectar aire en aplicaciones comerciales e industriales, donde se requiera mover grandes volúmenes de aire. Cuenta con transmisión poleas-bandas que ofrece grandes prestaciones y vence una mayor caída de presión que un axial tradicional, con un bajo nivel sonoro.

El diseño de sus álabes con perfil aerodinámico brinda una mayor eficiencia, mientras que el diseño del venturi reduce las turbulencias.

La serie HGTA está disponible en tres tamaños: 630, 800 y 1000.

Hélice y cubos de alta resistencia mecánica fabricados en aluminio inyectado, cuyos perfiles aerodinámicos logran un menor peso y resistencia a esfuerzos mecánicos. Esto da como resultado un menor momento de inercia, reduciendo así el desgaste de las partes mecánicas en movimiento, lo que se traduce en un menor esfuerzo en el motor y los rodamientos.

Embocadura embutida en acero con acabado de pintura en polvo poliéster electrostática, con protección anticorrosiva.

Característicasconstructivas

*Los dibujos mostrados son únicamente ilustrativos.

Soporte chumacera con rodamientos de bolas y sistema de fijación de anillo concéntrico para brindar mejor agarre y eliminar la vibración durante su funcionamiento.

Ejes elaborados con acero AISI C‐1045, maquinados al 100% bajo tolerancias normalizadas ANSI y revestidos con un barniz anticorrosivo para protegerlo de los agentes ambientales.
